    Stayed here for a night and stayed in one of their cabins which would suit up to 4 people. Great location, good comfortable bed and room.

    Bicheno quite nice but accomodation in this town is far too expensive

    Bicheno itself is nice, but not the price of accomodation. We paid $235 for one night in a very tiny, cluttered room where the ‘ fridge’ was actually a very small wine fridge which was useless for storing food. The toilet, although new, is so low it was awkward to use.Units are so close together that noise was a problem..Funny that the QR code in the room is no longer working (disconnected).Obviously too many bad reviews.

    Excellent service from Matt catering for our late arrival. Newly renovated rooms are fantastic. Great location with plenty of sites to see nearby.

    excellent !! a little dated, but clean, great location and the hosts maddie and matt were a delight. if the coffee cups were bigger, i would give them 10/10 only a 9.9/10for that. nothing was too much trouble for them and i would recommend wintersun gardens to anyone

    An absolutely fantastic experience. The Hotel Manager as extremely helpful and accommodating. On arrival, we noticed booked the wrong type of room via a booking site, which didn't suit our family.the Manager as so helpful in moving us to an appointment room and making up an additional bed for our children. The rooms are fantastic, recently renovated and super spacious and very clean. The bathroom was huge.. the BBQ facilities were also handy with cooking utensils available to use. There is also a.great laundry facility avail to use. We had an amazing time here and would highly recommend this motel to anyone travelling to Bicheno or the surrounding areas. Thank you for your hospitality 5 star from us !!
