    We booked deluxe twin mountain view room. The guest services staff were friendly, polite and helpful. Five Star customer service. Our room had a lovely mountain view, would have just liked a baggage stand. The buffet breakfast had plently of options and we loved that they cooked the eggs the way you like and fresh.     Stunning view, great quiet location and well appointed rooms with comfortable bed/s and a pillow menu!Sadly, the thermostat in our room was broken making our room impossibly warm to sleep. Despite asking for assistance twice at reception, the issue wasn't resolved meaning we had incredibly poor and broken sleep for our three night stay.Such a shame, it's a really beautiful venue.     It was fair, but I didn't get any sleep because the bed was way too soft.
