    Very large spacious rooms with a king bed. Modern amenities and was spotlessly clean. Also had a large bathroom. Premises are gated and secured at nightmaking the facility very safe. On reading the negative reviews it's clear that the people were unreasonable and had unrelated expectations. I have nearly 900 reviews on TripAdvisor and found service and facilities to be excellent.

    Excellent stay with very nice breakfast serve to your room. Managers running the place were very well trainned and were very professional.

    We stayed here recently on our way south over Easter and it turned out to be the best choice. The staff were friendly and we liked the security of the gates being shut overnight with the carpark only accessible by your room key. The room was well appointed, spotless and good value for money. We will definitely stay again.

    Excellent location and comfortable beds with big tv screen. Very strong wifi signals as I could run my office work . Water pressure is extremely good with security doors which closes at 9 pm. Cars are parked in front of room and secure parking makes it east . All ground floor rooms

    I was in Shepparton for business recently and thought I would stay somewhere different ... after checking their reviews, this sparked my curiosity. One bad review? One... wow. (And I read that one - smiled and thought sometimes there is going to be an anomaly - him, not them)So, let me tell you how this worked. I arrived at the desk in the late afternoon and a very professional woman was at the desk... she breaths customer service, even offering local advice and recommendations on where to eat. (Yes, I took her advice)Clearly it's an older motel but before I left reception I felt so secure, she had explained all of the security measures in place with the gates. I made my way to my room, to note is that there is an outside entertainment area in the middle of the driveway. Whilst incredibly impressed with the customer service I still wasn't sure what this would be like. The rooms are small - but I am not there to swing a cat- AND they have everything you will need for an overnight stay. The rooms are refurbished with quietly understated tones that are quite welcoming. I had an incredible nights sleep hereI have stayed in some diverse motels in Shepparton over time- but I can recommend this one very highly. It's not across from the lake or near the shopping centre, but it's not uncomfortably far from the main area- a few minutes drive... walkable if you like to take a stroll.
