    Clean comfy and good value

    Have to give a big wrap for the team at Econo Lodge Mildura! We have stayed twice and recently for 8 nights in the King Studio. The rooms we had were modern, well furnished, clean, comfortable and topped off with lovely cosy bed & bedding! Our studio had a cute kitchenette with cooking essentials. All good working order. The building surrounds are well maintained. Housekeeping staff do a great job, and there’s two swimming pools for Mildura’s heat!! We will certainly stay again. Great location walking distance to Centre Plaza. Bus stop out front. Managed very well in my opinion 😊

    A great place to stay and value for money. The rooms were exceptionally clean. We were lucky enough to be upgraded to a king size bed, which has to be one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. The showers were hot and the kitchenette was fully stocked with everything we needed. Highly recommend.

    Room 12 reeked of stale cigarettes—damaged curtains fifty. The bed is very soft and well-used. People arguing and screaming each other throughout the night. Avoid this motel—lots of youths walking through, maybe a thoroughfare to something untoward.

    Unfortunately the room (room 12) was so uninhabitable that we checked in and then promptly left to stay somewhere else. The smell in the room was overpowering (deodoriser) which was clearly masking the smell of smoke. The room was old, dated and not cleaned properly. Black hairs all over the bathroom which were not ours. But mostly it the smell was nauseating. If you are a smoker you might not notice but my 8 year old was left gagging and we couldn’t spend 5 minutes in there let alone the night. Reception staff were receptive to feedback and polite and gave us a refund. Luckily I was able to find another last minute room in a hotel up the road. Pros are the pool looked nice (we didn’t use) and it’s close to the shopping centre. Ask for a newly renovated room if you stay here. If you’re a smoker ask for room 12 as you could probably have a smoke in bed and no one would know.

    We had a newly renovated room with 2 bedrooms. It was spotlessly clean, with the best hotel bed I have slept on. Big plus for as the fantastic linen. Had a well stocked kitchen facilities. Perfect base for exploring the local area. Don’t be put off by the street presentation.
