    Chantell was excellent the host is very accommodation this place is great for a great weekend away Get a massage from Chantell you won't regret it great place to stay if you want to unwind my partner an I enjoyed the experience what more can I say it was a great experience

    The place is outdated and tired looking. It would have been the bee's knees once upon a time.It was far from relaxing as we had zero sleep because we had to endure a couple under the influence of something in the room above arguing from 9:30 pm until 7:00 am. They also ran and drained 4 spas in that time. It was very noisy through the timber floor, better off booking an upstairs room.So much for being "adults only", they sounded like whinging teens.When we called the number for complaints, the after hours diversion "may have not been activated".We'll never stay there again due to this experience and that there's nothing doing in Moama, better off staying in Echuca.

    Room was comfy but if you book a room I'd ask for the top floor as staying in the bottom floor you could hear the people walk around and their spa going half of the night. Disappointed the spa retreat wasn't running amd neither was the restaurant which wasn't stated at time of booking.

    Rob the manager was nice, which was pretty much the best thing about the place. Inquired about a massage when we booked in and was told they had one spot on our second day. When I confirmed the time the next day, I was told it was booked as he had forgotten to put it in. First strike. Last night of a 3 night stay, a large group was partying in the pool area, drinking alcohol despite numerous signs saying no alcohol near the pool. We were told the next day that the party had removed all the signs about no alcohol and had vomited around the pool. Manager stated they had spent $12,000 on treatments so couldn't ask them to leave. Second strike. Only told about ban on using the spa baths in the room between 10pm and 8am after we left, as we endured the loud truck like rumbling above our room at 10am and 8pm one day. Third strike. NOT a resort and would not recommend. Will not return.

    Our room was very nice, very clean and spacious. We booked this Motel for the spa but it was a bit of a let down with only a few jets in working order.There was little cutlery and we had to butter our toast with a spoon and use our saucers as plates for our breakfast. Just small things but for $200 a night I expected better.I would stay again as the room was very updated Nd comfy
