    I made a call to reception staff to do a welfare check on a family member. I informed the staff member that if you were unable to contact the family member, then I would need to contact Victoria Police to conduct a welfare check. The representative told me that he was unable to transfer a call to the room however, would try to call the room and if unsuccessful would attend the room. NO RESPONSE AT ALL - very bad service and now having to use Victoria Police resources to conduct a welfare check

    We recently stayed at Sebel Yarrawonga for a weekend in an apartment overlooking the lake. Giving it the benefit of the doubt we booked another weekend hoping for more. Unfortunately there has been NO improvement on cleanliness or furnishings since the last time we stayed. The room was filthy and dusty with remnants from the previous guests still on the floor. We were unable to use balcony furniture until we cleaned it so we could sit outside without getting dirty.Staff are polite but really didn’t care about what we had highlighted. This place relies on location and reputation wth the latter quickly vanishing. A real disappointment considering the cost of accomodation. There a some great alternatives in Yarrawonga which are clean and just as convenient.

    Exceptional Service Standards

    We are currentley at The Sebel Yarrawonga, and I must give a massive shout out to the entire team and in particular Debra in Stock & Barrel.We went in for dinner at 7:30 Sunday night and the tram seemed under the pump! BUT the service standards that the service team displayed was exceptional! You could see they were all working as a team and helping each other out. As a customer, the service was not impacted by what was clearly short staffed. The food was amazing, 10/10 for both the food, drinks and service.The resort itself is stunning, we love the infinity pool over looking the lake, the rooms are lovely and well appointed with modern amenities. Overall we had a wonderful stay, will be sad to leave, but look forward to our return.

    Great facilities and picturesque location. Views were very nice from the room which is modern and cleverly functional. Gym is well equipped and infinity pool is very inviting. Staff were great, resturant for dinner and breakfast was great also, Overall a very pleasant stay.

    Great service, fantastic food. Wonderful location to relax. The view over the lake and combined with the weather this week made the balcony a great spot to get some work done in piece and quiet.
