There’s a regular bunch of businesses and clientele that use the place. For that to occur it’s found something right. The staff are great and know many on a first name basis….but the processes!- stop ringing us a eeek out from when we are staying there- quite the incessant SMS notifications - why do we always have to sign in on a dodgy tablet?- install some streaming services

Motel standard at Hotel prices. Overpriced rundown Motel named as a Hotel. Rooms not serviced daily, done on 7th day only. Only one general overflowing waste bin available. Laundry facilities dreadful. Could be great because of the location, unfortunately looks like the owners just want your money with no investment from them. Will not be staying here again.

Great location, but that's about it. Apartment was a bit shabby, not clean at all, mirrors dirty, rice spilt on top of fridge, mould in shower. Price was very expensive for what you got, this hotel is more for long term stays so the price may have been reflected by this.

I've stayed here multiple times for work. This time was here on holiday for two nights whilst passing through Townsville.Things aren't quite the same as when it was Quest. Foxtel is gone. Information folder is gone.Hair-dryer is only available on request.Parking, bed and view are still good.Fun fact: in many years of travel for work and pleasure, I've been evacuated from a hotel due to a fire/fire alarm three times. EVERY SINGLE ONE of them has been at this hotel!Every single one of them has been a false alarm.Coincidence?I think not.Please get the alarm inspected. Evacuating at 3am is not fun.

THE STAY WAS THE BEST!!!! The room was spotless I was speechless. Myself & my kids enjoyed the night stay best view. Comfy beds was the BEST!!!! Ladies who worked that night Friday 30th July was very kind and helpful their service was the BEST!!! I want to spend my birthday at the Quest a night away hopefully I can get in with one of your apartments again was unbelievable. My kids really loved it.
