    Staff friendly and helpful. Pool dirty. Beds creaked.

    Staff very friendly and location good. But Hotel pool was dirty and felt unclean. We stayed for an AFL carnival and the pool was an important part of my son's and his teammates recovery. I also like to swim each morning but wasn't confident I wouldn't get sick from unhygienic water in pool that looked merky.Beds also creaked every time you moved in bed.

    The overall cleanliness of the room was very good, but was let down by small dirty stains on the balcony curtain and a couple of stains on the glass balcony doors. A table and chairs indoors for meals would be a nice addition.

    Quick 2-night business trip. Clean rooms, friendly staff, perfect location on Palmer Street close enough but far enough away not to get a lot of street noise. Well-appointed rooms, comfortable beds. Gym has set hours which is a bit annoying...but that would be my only complaint. Very happy with the entire stay

    Oaks provided wonderful facilities, staff were great! Easy check-in and check-out. Rooms were tidy and clean!
