This hotel needs some upgrading. the bathrrom tap was about to fall of and the shower wash bottles hanging on the wall were loose and fell off and had rusty holders. access to poweroutlets meant moving furniture. too noisy from the room I was in. Highly recommended! ??We have been loyal customers of Oaks Hotels for many years and have stayed here many times, across different branches, especially in Townsville. King bed was two singles pushed together. Not comfortable at all. Front door did not automatically lock.
