Online booking system charged me more after indicating there was a problem.

I don't understand this company's booking system online. I booked a flight, went to pay and paid it and something went wrong. I had sufficient funds. I joined the Qantas FF program as the same time. The site indicated that something went wrong at payment by from my end everything was correct. The page didn't save my details. Then, I had to go through the whole process again but this time the exact same flights were over $100 more expensive only a few minutes later!!!!!! WT? Is this what they do now... for profit. I decided to book my return flight with Virgin as it was easier and they didn't charge me extra for their online errors. The apartment we had seemed to be refurbished. It had new carpet, freshly painted walls and shower was very clean. Receptionist was wonderful and great customer service. Very disappointing hotel

Our 7th Hotel of our trip and probably the worst, the reception staff were very friendly and helpful, but that’s as far as it goes. We had a basis room on the 3rd floor, the room was very dated and dingy the mattresses had certainly seen better days and as for the carpet, it was stained, looked and felt dirty. There were limited plug points in the room so much so there was only one bed side lamp between two beds.As with the bedroom the bathroom was also dated, with a shower over the bath.There was a fridge, kettle and TV, in the room.Access was via a lift for which you need a key. There is a secure gated car park on site.Apart from this the hotel is in a good location on Palmer Street. A number of restaurants are near by.
