A romantic and quiet getaway

What a wonderful place. We spent 3 nights here and it was so nice and peaceful. Located in the center of town and in close proximity to all the bars and restaurants. Connie was so pleasant and everything you need is in the apartment. I wished we would have stayed another day here, we’ll definitely return

Connie and Frank are superb Manager's, The apartments are right in town, spacious and well kept and quiet despite being in the main street. Underground parking a bonus. The pool is lovely. We would stay here again.

Great Location if you want to walk to everything

A very 1980's interior but very clean. The location is great if you want to be in town and the noise level is minimum. There are about 30 steps going up to the 2nd floor and a bit less for the first. Keep this in mind if you have walking problems. The pool area is nice to relax but this is a plunge pool only, no laps here very small. The kitcehn is well stocked with the necessities but note there is no oven just a microwave and two electric hobs. The hosts are wonderful and caring and parking is available. We enjoyed our stay and there is a great gelato store right near the hotel.

We spent 7 nights here August 2026. Location is excellent, right in the heart of McCrossan st Port Douglas. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was clean and had everything you needed. We had a room looking out to the pool which was lovely. The biggest drawcard for us was it’s adults only. It’s not overly fancy but has what you need. Not serviced daily but we are grown ups and can make our own bed. They do a mid week linen change if you’re staying for a certain amount of time. There’s a nice little cafe downstairs and behind the resort for coffee and snacks if you wish. Just a note, there are stairs and if you have mobility issues it may not be right for you. Check with the resort before bookingWe will return here next year.

Apartment with personality in the heat of Port Douglas

Great pad in the heart of town. Not a flash 5-star resort but exactly what we were looking for. Central, personality, space and nice owners. Our apartment on Level 1 overlooks the street which we like. It’s not noisy and we see Port Douglas life and hear the birds chirping. Yes there are stairs but the owners showed us a side entrance to access our apartment with no stairs. The bed is comfy and the tv is a smart TV. We actually like the sliding shutter panels as they allow versatile spaces in the apartment but they could do with more cleaning or a fresh paint job.Love the fact that we can walk everywhere and have booked two fab restaurants for dinner during our stay. Off to the Sunday market today then on some tours during the week. All within steps of our accommodation. Thanks to owners Connie and Frank who are always on tap to answer any queries and gave us a great welcome, pointing out all the great things to see and do.
