  An excellent location for a stay in this area. A daily bus service into town if you do not have a car. Swimming beach across the road. Clean large outdoor swimming pool with warm spa. Friendly helpful reception staff. All amenities in the unit in excellent condition. The gym is basic and "tired".Fabulous gardens. Get in quick while the resort remains open

  While the resort is showing signs of its age, it is still a well located and comfortable place to say. We didn’t mind that it was well away from the city centre as it was close to the beach. The grounds are well maintained but we didn’t use the pool or spa as we visited in August. We appreciated the washing machine and dryer in our apartment.   Prime location away from the hustle and bustle older resort well maintained and gorgeous views, across the road from the ocean, fabulous pool and spa and bbq amenities. Absolutely serene and close to Port Geographer great bar and food and the hubb in Busselton highly recommend the sunset cruise on Geograhe Bay 7 course degustation and paired wines with fabulous staff and service Carmel Clark, Guest Services / Front Office at Busselton Beach Resort, responded to this review We are so glad you enjoyed the time spent at our Resort!   This is an old resort which is in desperate need of an upgrade and some decent maintenance! The furniture is old and really worn out. The linen and pillows are old and scanty (thinned out). Kettle was filthy with layers of scales (calcium build up) and never been washed. Everything is just old in this place! However, why didn't you come and address these issues with management, face-to-face? If you read the majority of the other reviews via this forum, you'll notice guests have generally been more than happy staying here. It is a family-friendly, open Resort. We acknowledge that it is ageing - it has only a short time left before closing for good. Upgrading will not occur but maintenance is kept up, contrary to your statement. We do question your statement regarding the state of the pillows and kettle.

  Tired property about to be sold Has good sports facilities for young and fit people Location near beach is good although it is driving distance from town and the sights. The reception person was rude, and requests for normal service felt always like impositions. Rooms spacious and clean but tired. V uncomfortable furniture rudimentary facilities not matching modern expectations Carmel Clark, Guest Services / Front Office at Busselton Beach Resort, responded to this review This property has been a family favourite for almost 40 ears. It will close in June, 2023. We pride ourselves on the ongoing cleanliness of the Resort. We are disappointed that you encountered some rudeness from a staff member.
