Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a babysitting service, a childcare service, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Rooms

Air conditioning, central heating and a fan ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms have a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine, an ironing set and a tumble dryer. A telephone, satellite television, a radio, a CD player, a DVD player and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. The bathrooms have a shower, a bathtub and a whirlpool bath. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The apartment hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The outdoor pool complex provides invigorating refreshment. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. Just spent two nights mid week in a one bed spa studio. Some difficulty in dealing with a voucher , but got there in the end. Requested a sea/ocean view which was made available, and could watch the surf break at the point, awesome. Presented as very clean and comfortable. Does need a little TCL , but for the price was good value. Staff were easy and helpful to deal with , thanks Lee. The grounds and pool are well kept. The bonus is the two eatery venues in association with the resort. The Common provided excellent value for money , and the White Elephant was such an awesome spot and great coffee. Worst Booked Accommodation Ever

Terrible experience here. Booked a resort price at 459 per night. See that its actually advertised a lot cheaper. Also thr place we got was nothing like the photos. I have attached them so you can see for yourself. Becareful. Also they said the apartment (more like a small unit) sleeps three with one king bed. Unless you are into sleeping as three..this was advertised wrong. No pull out sofa bed. Lee Burkett, Owner at Margarets Beach Resort, responded to this review This person has shown he is a man of his word.He did threaten that if he didn't get a full refund, he would bag our resort on social media.The room in reference did have a king bed and a rollaway bed which can sleep 3

Stayed here as part of a group. There is no way this is four star. It’s a motel style set up. Rooms are big but basic. No decaff, basic toiletries, a lethal shower with water temperature control that didn’t work, very noisy plumbing and curtains that did not fit. The reception closes early. The only food option if you have no car is the on-site restaurant which is very average. It’s a nice walk to the coast to see the sunset.

Great spot if you can forgive some older structural issues

We were worried about this place due to some reviews but I have to say we were pleasantly surprised!!! It was really quite nice. Some issues are it’s actually an old structure but clean, great management and proximity to beach is awesome. The Commons restaurant is also great with excellent menu and great atmosphere. Pleasant apartment in great location but don't eat in the bar

The accommodation is in a great location, well designed and clean but a bit tired. For example, it took 2 people to open and close the slia 1ding windows and the kitchen knives were all blunt.The food in the bar/restaurant was the worst we have ever tasted. The hamburger meat tasted as if it had been cooked earlier in the night and then microwaved before serving. The sauce and cheese tasted like melted plastic. We ate less than a third of the burger and left the rest.
