    Absolutely great hotel in a great location

    The hotel is absolutely great. It is in a great location - a few meters from the hotel there is a train stop, the cable car is right across the street, the ski slope ends right at the hotel and it is only a few minutes walk to the city center. The rooms were nice and clean, always pleasantly scented, as is the rest of the hotel. The hotel has a nice wellness center with saunas, a swimming pool and relaxation rooms, with the option of purchasing massages. There is a spacious and well-designed ski storage room, which you can go to directly from the outside. The whole hotel is very nice. The food was really delicious - rich breakfasts and absolutely fabulous 4-course dinners. But I would like to single out the hotel staff the most, who were always very nice and helpful. Above all, Mrs. Radka, who probably comes from the Czech Republic, spoke Czech with us and gave us lots of useful advice and tips not only for skiing. If we ever have the opportunity to return to Kitzbühel, we will stay here again.

    We had a fabulous stay. The hotels location is fantastic. Staff are exceptionally helpful and friendly. Rooms are lovely and have a balcony. The hotel has a lovely entrance area which is perfect for having a drink, your breakfast/dinner or playing card. Breakfast was perfect. Lots of choice and very good coffee. I would highly recommend this hotel.

    An exceptional stay from start to finish. The service was truly outstanding—warm, attentive, and consistently professional, making us feel genuinely cared for at every moment. The food was excellent, with high-quality ingredients and beautifully prepared dishes that made every meal a highlight. On top of that, the hotel’s location is simply incredible, offering both convenience and unforgettable surroundings. A perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and experience. Highly recommended.

    Excellent Christmas Ski trip in Kitzbühel

    We spent a week at the Schweizerhof over Christmas. The Hotel is excellently located, virtually ski in and very near the main gondola. It is also very close to the main shopping area.The hotel is very well presented, the best feature is the staff who without exception were all excellent, very helpful and friendly. The service was outstanding from check-in until the moment we left.
