    Incompetent management all the way through

    not sure who said staff are competent but they are everything BUT competent. They may be competent in not taking responsibility but thats about it!If they cannot protect guest from bullying from other guests and them damaging my property and all management has to say this has nothing to do with them I dont know what has. Telling me I need to call the police and complaint to them just tells you in what miserable state the hotel and management is.The WiFi in the room is extremely poor and thats even with a poor occupancy.You ask them to fix 2 things in the room and only one gets fixed, for the second one there is no message or anything that explains why it was not fixed (and actually staff should be able to spot the problem of a broken light bulb BEFORE they assign a room to a guest not have to rely on guests to tell them).They put a show cleaning machine in the hallway for decoration as there is o power outlet, whats the poibt of that??

    Very decent spa, with various saunas to choose from for your preferred level of pain of sweating. The hotel is ok, broad choice for breakfast, which is not that common. Pity that reception didn't speak good english and they charged us for parking, which was not mentioned while booking.

    Stayed few nights while visiting Leoben at business.Hotel is situated within short walking distance from the city centre. Outside it looks like dull hotel, but the Spa (connected corridor at basement level) is totelly a different thing in a positive way.Hotel itself is quite pricey but the rooms are good size and still in quite a good shape.+++Nice balconiesFree access to the spaGood breakfastQuiet roomsCoffee maker in the roomGood size shower cabin even for a tall person- - -Very hot rooms that you couldn't fix with airconNo guidence in the room for visitors concerning the Spa and SaunaFrizge in the rooms in a cabinet that doenst allow air ventilation - > problemsLittle in need af a renovation like baseboards

    We've stayed here few times during our business trips to Austria. Rooms are very spacious and cozy. Service has been good and prices reasonable. Unfortunately haven't had time to visit the spa. Breakfast is awesome!

    Nice stay, clean rooms, nice spa, good flex programme for the half board option that allows you to have something small for lunch. Nice park around to walk in the evening. Super enjoyable weekend and very good restaurant and breakfast. We would love to come again.
