Location

Located in Bad Gastein, with fantastic panoramic views over the valley and the Alps, the hotel is close to the Graukogel lift for skiing in winter or hiking in summer, while the centre of Bad Gastein is just 400 m away with its famous waterfalls. The casino can be reached in just 10 minutes on foot and the hotel is only 3.2 km from Stubnerkogel and 1 km from Salzburg.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 32 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     This is a wonderful hotel. My mum and aunt stayed here for a week. Clean, comfortable, and great food. One guest was a coeliac and was very well accommodated. Nothing was too much trouble when they asked for advice at reception. A family run hotel, with a wonderful atmosphere.

    We had a fantastic ski holiday staying at Hotel Alpenblick. All if the staff are so friendly, efficient and professional. There are amazing views from the restaurant and the food is delicious. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. Our room was very comfortable and again had spectacular views from the balcony. We loved the games room, spa and pool, perfect for relaxing after a long day skiing. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar and after dinner drinks in the Salon. There is so much space to relax and unwind in this hotel. We absolutely loved our stay here and are already making plans to return. Thank you to the family who run the hotel, Peter, Claudia and mum. We made some special memories at your beautiful hotel.

    Alpenblick has friendly and helpful staff. Our roon was peaceful and bed was good with stars above. Breakfast was delicious. There was also nice pool area for a rainy day in the hotel. Ski museum was interesting. It was free to go up to Schmitten with Summer Card.

    We had a wonderful week long stay here in February. The hotel is at the top of a hill but there is a local bus that stops outside. There is also the possibility of a shuttle into the town. We had half board and the food was very good and plentiful. The rooms were bright and airy and ours had a wonderful view over the garden, the pool and Bad Gastein itself. We would definitely stay here again if we are in Bad Gastein.

    We are just back from a week at this hotel (booked through Crystal Ski). It was fabulous. The hotel is spotlessly clean. There is secure ski/ snowboard storage and a room for boots with heaters etc. The food was plentiful and tasty with several options each evening. The ski bus stops right outside the hotel and it's only a short journey down to the gondola. It was very cool to be sploshing around in the outdoor pool surrounded by snow topped mountains. All the staff were friendly and helpful.
