Wonderfully restful stay
24 Apr 2026
Stayed here for work, but completely relaxed at the hotel. It was a wonderful experience. Quiet. The staff were great and the facilities were phenomenal. I will be back in the summer AND in the winter.

Amazing hotel and staff
27 Feb 2026
We came with 4 adults and 1 baby and the hotel had absolutely no problem with managing our special needs for our son. More so, we were welcome with a very warm sphere and spirit.Food is excellent and the bar staff knows how to mix drinks after giving my preferences. The only critic: a mini fridge in all rooms would a final piece of equipment missing ;)

Hotel is the best. But with soft bed.
18 Jan 2026
Everything fine. This hotel has a modern design, modern service, has good gym and many others things. It is real top of hotel standard. I love this place and stop here already second time. But only one thing was not good it bed. Very soft matrass springless and it is not up to top hotel standard. You have to fixed because after ski it is very important.

WORST HOTEL - BAD STAFF - BAD ROOMS - STAY AWAY!!
17 Jan 2026
WORST HOTEL - STAY AWAY!1) The attitude of the Move & Relax Team: on our first daywe had booked pedicure with foot massage for us both. The first host, Barbara, did my mothers feet and there was barely any massage involved. The second host, I think her name was Eva, did my feet and she was so talkative that I couldn't relax and she was rude enough to mock me cause I was on my phone while she said "All the time you are on your phone!". I got so embarrassed that I left my phone and just had to listen to her talk about her life, her work, her childhood. She also mocked the way doctors think medicine is the cure for everything (after she asked me what I work as and I told her I am a medical doctor). It was uncomfortable and at the end of the treatment my head was hurting from all her talk and I did not feel relaxed at all, even though that was what I had paid for: to be relaxed. The second day I was met with a horrible attitude from Doris. I had prior to our hotel stay emailed A LOT with Daniel W. about the various activities that we wanted to join and he had, among other things, confirmed a hike taking place on Tuesday. So me and my mother woke up early, hurried to get breakfast and went to the spa reception where I said we came for the hike only to be met with a person (Doris) not even looking at me while she said "There is no hike for today". She kept looking at her computer screen and did not even say anything else (good customer service would maybe have looked at me, smiled and offered how to fix the problem?!), so I had to say that I had gotten this confirmed on email from a person named Daniel, which turned out to be the person sitting next to her on another computer. He looked up and tried first to deny he had confirmed this but when I showed them both the emails where I had specifically written "Hike on Tuesday the 16th of December" he did not even apologize! They both just looked at each other and said that it must've been a misunderstanding. Doris just kept on repeating "There is no hike today" without looking at me as if I hadn't heard her or as if I was trying to convince her for a hike. They then offered to write us up for a hike on one of the other days, which I agreed to. But after the things that happened afterwards (read below) me and my mother simply did not feel like we wanted to see that staff again so we ended up not going. I got an email from Daniel where we apologized and offered a free treatment, which we ended up not attending because of the obvious discomfort we had with the team.On the same day, we came back later to cancel the rest of our treatments (reasons being first, the foot massage had been so bad, and secondly, the attitude from the staff). Here I was met with Barbara that was so verbally aggressive that I couldn't even finish my sentences. I started off with "I just wanted to know if we could cancel our treatments for tomorrow, all though I know it's less than 24 hours left but because..." and then got cut off from her. She was in a very loud voice telling me that she couldn't cancel because there is a minimum of 24 hours, while she was highlighting on a paper the part about 24 hours (as if I didn't understand or was stupid?!). I had to say "Yes I understand, but if you let me speak!" before she stopped cutting me off. I then proceeded to say that I knew there was a rule about cancellation before 24 hours but that if the hotel could kindly ignore this for this one time since I had been kind enough to not make a problem earlier that day when they had made the mistake with the hike. She refused to do this so I just had to accept, but asked her to cancel the rest of our massages/beauty treatments which she did while she was laughing cause apparently she thought it was ridiculous?! She had a rude attitude and it was just so uncomfortable for me to be there. We then came back in the evening to get our full body massages. We both had Barbara do this and it was one of the most horrible massages both me and my mother had ever gotten. Barbara was so harsh with her hands that the massage was hurtful and both me and my mother have STILL pain in especially our shoulder muscles. I even have a superficial scar in my skin cause Barbara's nails cut through me (I can provide pictures of this). The next day we came to get the facial treatments that apparently we were forced to get (since there was no kindness to cancel them) and before we even get shown to our treatment rooms (Barbara was going to do me, and Eva was going to do my mother), Eva says loudly "Why is your mother not smiling?" about my poor, 68-YEAR OLD mother. There was NO respect shown to an old lady who was tired!! After the treatments, my mother told me that Eva had asked why we had cancelled (and to avoid a conflict, my mother just said that that had been our choice) and that Eva, after the treatment, had said loudly to my mom "Well not everybody is as rich as you!!" and slammed the door in my moms face. Because apparently Eva is missing out on getting paid cause we cancelled the treatments?! As if this is our problem?! I have a very big problem with the way the team addressed my mother as I think both that there should be shown general respect from staff at a 4-star resort but especially to an older lady who had done nothing wrong towards any members of the team! 2) Hidden/secret charges: we asked for toothbrushes and toothpaste from the reception that provided them WITHOUT saying a single word about that we would be charged for this. In my experience, 4-star hotels don't charge for these things, and if you absolutely must do then you are obliged to tell the customer that there will be an additional fee, so that it is not something I only realize at the check out, where I did not have time to discuss this as we had a plane to catch. 3) Cold room: we first checked in at a room we didn't like, so we changed to a bigger room that was so cold that we ended up feeling sick after a nights sleep in there. We had to get extra blankets to sleep under. The reception sent up somebody to help us with the temperature but he explained that it could not get any warmer unless he made the whole hotel warmer which he agreed to do - but that meant that we only had a room with acceptable temperature on our last 2 days!! 4) Not enough staff: when we checked in we had to drag all of our luggage to our room ourselves, and we had 6 pieces of luggage. I wanted to give my mother the experience of luxury where we don't need to carry everything ourselves, but this was disappointing at a 4-star hotel that felt like a 2-star hotel with no staff to help with luggage. During our stay, we called front desk and asked for simple things (such as the toothbrushed or conditioner), but got told that there is waiting time cause the reception was busy with other things and couldn't bring the things up to us right now. For a 4-star hotel this is not acceptable. The conditioner we had to wait for hours for.I have tried to reach out to the hotel to ask for a refund for the bad experiences we had in the spa, but of course they are ignoring all of my emails. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this hotel.

Short weekend ski
23 Dec 2025
We where skiën for 2,5 days and a 3 night stay, perfect location and ski area for the weekend. Since the hotel is next to the elevator and on your way back you can almost ski into the lobby, it’s a perfect spot for ‘on piste’ lovers. The food is good, the wellness is super and the swimmingpool fantastic. The rooms are not super cosy but the bed sleeps perfectly and you have enough space for skit clothes etc. We will most likely go to this hotel another time again. One advise; if they offer you a ‘hut-dinner-experience’ then take a restaurant in town, the travel up and down the hut takes way to long. The ski lockers could have been better organized. But al in al, really good!!
