    We would definitely not book the hotel anymore. Breakfast much very low from .Actually only equipped to the most necessary. Dinner, on the other hand, was very delicious.     We were a group of 37 people and stayed 4 nights at this property. The exterior appearance of the Inn/restaurant looks very good! On the other hand, upon arrival and despite not speaking the language, we were all unpleasantly surprised at the lack of empathy. This was subsequently confirmed...... The room allocated to us was not at the level of a 3 star! Where did these stars come from? A very small balcony overlooking the rear but also towards the noise of the road and trains..... It was hot, we had no choice but to leave the windows open..... So much for the calm! Not easy to write postcards because there is not even a small table..... I had to pull a board from the cabinet where we store our clothes, put it on my lap to write!!! The meals were not the tastiest. Many times light soups, broths....We do not know if it is a Tyrolean specialty, but we have often had breaded schnitzels..... Some people had ordered red wine.... It is a vinegared wine that was served to them! We've never seen that! There were even deposits (small white dots on the surface of the wine in the glasses)We expected to taste very good Viennese desserts.... Pouffff, Pouffff!!!At breakfast it was a bit hard to get a coffee... The thermos were often empty. However, the few cured meats were delicious.Good homemade jams (Apricots, Strawberries and Blueberries) were rationed...... Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.com. View originals.

    I have never felt so unwelcome at a hotel Staff were unfriendly and at times rude Rooms were of a good size but beds very small Food was ok but not what I would class as 4 star All in all very disappointing

    Very clean and modern Austrian décor, bedroom and bathroom excellent. Food very good and excellent service by staff. Seems a ski hotel but very suitable for all other holiday and travel purposes. Train and bus service very close to the hotel.

    Once you enter this little hotel you feel loved. Every piece tells us of someone who cares for this place and tries to make it look as beautiful as on cans. The rooms are small, no tubs (as it should be now days the food delirious. If you came with a group it will take a long time to reach your room. My only complaint is that even the towels were small.
