    Dated, noisy and dirty

    The penthouse is noisy, above the restaurant and constant banging, the beds and duvets are dirty, the furniture downright filthy, the kitchen also dirty and old! And the bathroom is all in 1, so no 2 bathrooms for 10+ people, so make agreements about who can shower when, no separate toilet, so also in the bathroom..the location in relation to the slopes is great!     We were supposed to stay in this place but due to my back surgery we had to cancel. I sent cancellation request email week and half ago and sent 2 more follow up emails and 1 phone call but no reply or refund yet. Very poor customer service

    What to say just the best for this place. The owner was very friendly and helpful. FoodInteresting large menu, something for everyone. Prices ok and very acceptable. AmbientMany different areas to choose from. Nice and clean. A big hello to the big man the owner from his Croatian friends. I highly recommend and can wait to come back.
