    BEWARE: Charged us for two drinks we didn't have. The pushy waiter also dissuaded my partner from having the dish she originally asked for, saying another one was nicer. Turned out it was twice as expensive!

    Really lovely place with excellent breakfast. The staff are friendly and the location is just breathtaking.I will definitely stay again if I need a place in the area. The only downside is if you arrive by train; it is a bit of a strenuous walk from the station.

    Was booked as just somewhere to stay the night on a long trip but after the welcome, the hotel and the food we are going back for a longer stay. They really could not have done any more for us. We turned up late at night but they were so accommodating making sure we could get a meal.

    Very good hotel with friendly and helpful staff. This is an excellent choice for travellers visiting Werfen, offering a family-friendly environment and only 20 mins from Alpendorf. I would very much recommend this lovely hotel which offers many great features.

    This is an ok hotel for one night on a budget. They kindly provided a shed for our bikes. We had a family room for 2 people and it seemed a little on the small side with only one window in the corner. Staff were moderately welcoming. Breakfast had a good selection.
