    This place is a great stop over location if you are travelling from Innsbruck to Salzburg as I was. The hotel is in a great location right in town and near the lake. The room was clean, had the essentials but not as well equipped as some hotels - you can ask for a kettle but not cups/mugs for tea or coffee or iron/ironing board. Neither are a big deal but we were changing hotels on a daily basis so both would’ve been useful.It is easy to find and there is free parking. I would defo stay here again.

    Spent a wonderful week here with my family. Hotel is conveniently located in center of the town and close to the ski lift. Staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Hotel is clean and well run.great breakfast every morning.Highly recommended.

    Beware, they charge a 100% fee even if the reservation is canceled a month before arrival. Communication is not pleasant, it is very arrogant. You can not agrese on anything with them. They want to recover the canceled reservation via Inkasso Office… Hans Unterganschnigg, Inhaber at Hotel Glasererhaus, responded to this review Hello Jiri,please stick to the truth -you canceled on the day of your booked arrival date and unfortunately we could not sell the room again - Best regards

    Excellent choice! Very clean, politely staff, good breakfast, 100 m from bus station for ski, free and secure parking. I think in the summer time is super also. We will be back next year for sure.Ciprian

    This is by far one of the best hotel we have stayed. Location is just perfect only 5 minutes walk to the lake , Rooms are well decorated and Spacious , Hotel Staffs and Owner are very kind and helped us on the local hiking routes and sight seeing options. Overall it was an awesome stay and no doubt zell am see is one of the best place in Austria to visit. We have stayed in June,2019 for two nights , wish to stay more in future.
