    Spent wonderfull 3 days in appartament with my family, very friendly attitude, comfortable and clean room with all equipment you need, great bonus = free entrance to thermal spa thanks to premium partner programme. Enjoyed our stay a lot. Can highly recommend. Bečička family

    Such a lovely stay! It felt like staying in a house of our own, but with a fantastic garden pool and quiet and beautiful surroundings. Warmly recommended. Lots of space in the room, our own terrace and just two steps away from the fantastic pool. Note that the pool is 3 meters deep - dive right in!

    The rooms are clean and big, but still super cozy. Nice bathrooms with big shower. WiFi everywhere. Big swimming hole and garden for easy relaxing. owners are wonderful people! You can take a bus or walk (just 20 min and a nice path) to the next village and go out eating or drive to other places in the valley. Definitely recommended.

    We actually spent almost two days of internet search before we found Haus Katharina. The other places were either too expensive or really worn and not nice appartments that gave a total overpricing feeling. And we are very glad for the choice we made. The appartment was nice with new furniture and bathrrom, rich breakfasts with fresh homemade cakes, well functioning wifi and very friendly owners. The only disadvantage may be a location as you need a car to get to restaurants, bars and other places. Otherwise, everything was very fine and we can fully recommend.

    Disappointed before we even arrived. Beware!

    We have not travelled as yet. We booked in March 2015.We booked this accommodation for peak time (early September) eight months in advance. Unusually this hotel offers no cancellation option whatsoever without paying the entire cost. Due to an exceptional personal issue, we hoped to cancel and given that we booked so early and it would likely be easy to rent, we contacted the owner. After a few days we did get a reply basically confirming that rules are rules and to contact our insurance company if appropriate. We would happily have paid a reasonable cancellation fee or even accepted only a refund if it could be rented out but the owner offered nothing at all to help as per the rules.We absolutely should have noticed this rather harsh cancellation policy when we booked. Clearly at Haus Katharina rules are to be enforced so I flag this to you to prevent your facing a similar situation.
