    Hotel staff was kind and super friendly. Wellness was beautiful and the whole hotel was clean. It is located right next to a ski bus stop. I had one of the best breakfast here and also the restaurant for dinner was very convenient. Parking place is huge and across the street.

    we booked an upgraded room with a kitchen so that we could cook our own food, to our surprise we found that the hob does not work. After asking the staff they began to tell us it was only a display model not for use which is very convenient as all the shops and restaurants were shut by that time. The next day we found that there was a dark yellow leak from the room above which landed directly on our bed and belongings, the staff moved us to another room but there was no apologies as it was not their fault apparently? The whole experience was stressful and i would not stay here ever again!!

    The hotel is very nice, not luxury, but cozy, very clean, with excellent food (very good breakfast and a la carte dinner as well) and services - very professional. The stuff excellent. Beautiful view from our room, a nice, large balcony. Comfortable beds, pillows very good. There are high mountains all around and a glacier in front of you. The location is very good, close to a cable car to the glacier 3250 m high with beautiful views and possibilities for skiing. Bus stop in front of the hotel, parking. Highly recommend.

    I stayed one night after the hike in the Zillertal Alps (Olpererhütte). The room’s function is good and the parking area in front of the hotel is also large and convenient. Moreover, I had dinner at the hotel and the foods were delicious. Lovely staff of the hotel make me feel comfortable.

    We stayed here for 4 nights and would highly recommend the hotel. It is very clean, modern and is in an excellent location. There is plenty of parking directly opposite the hotel which we used as we hired a car. There is also a bus stop outside of the hotel which takes you to the lifts. Food at the hotel is lovely and authentic. We needed the menu translating as we could not understand it, and the next day they had printed us an English version 😊We slept soundly in the clean, comfortable, quiet and spacious rooms. We also loved the twin sinks in the bathroom! Views from the balcony are stunning. Plenty of power sockets and wardrobe space.Staff are all friendly and we enjoyed relaxing in the spa each evening.Thank you, Hotel Hohlenstein. From Lindsey, Ian & Harry 🎿🎿🎿
