    CONS:- Summer Card included.- Stylish rooms with great views- Quite Hotel- Professional Staff, Good selection of their staff.- Cleanliness.- Clean guests.- Good delicious Breakfast with lot of variates.- Somehow Value for Money.Their location is not the best but it's very easy to reach the lake and other activities, bus station 5 minutes walking, I will definitely come back again.PROS:- No receptionist in the building you need to check-in on the main hotel reception.- Very Small room.- No kettle for tea in the rooms which was a big disappointment for me.Big thanks to receptionist for welcoming and to the restaurant staff they were extremely nice , helpful and professional except their manager.

    We spent three nights here, travelling with a group. A wonderful place to stay: rooms lovely and with great character, bottled water provided (no kettle sadly, but that is normal abroad), the food excellent with fantastic choices. The lake is a 15 minute walk away (in the direction of Zell) and Zell itself probably 30 minutes on foot along the lakeside. If we ever go back that's where we'll stay.

    Only stayed here the one night whilst passing through the area. The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful with any questions. Room was comfortable and breakfast was very good. The hotel is conveniently located for access into Zell am See and Kaprun. Overall a good stay.

    Great Spa with fantastic view and great breakfast. Rooms are ok and walls very thin so noise can be loud. Staff is helpful and, in summer, they offer you a "Summer Card" which allows you to do very many things for free in Zell am See.

    Bad hotel with a beautiful view

    It’s a big hotel with very tiny toilets for a big room. No kettle or fridge just beds and useless round table which was not necessary. The balcony was not cleaned and still had cigarette butts from previous visitors. Reception would crowd if they get more than 3 guest . If you ask anything at the reception it’s useless as google will give you more info. Food not good . Not very happy with the stay.
