  Amazing experience!

  We recently stayed here for 5 nights during a ski trip. We had an amazing stay throughout. The staff were excellent, providing us with whatever we needed and were incredibly helpful. A hotel shuttle bus operated each morning to the closest (Maierlbahn) gondola. The food was fantastic, with a buffet breakfast, followed by a 4 course meal each evening. There were also a mixture of Tyrolean dishes, which were great. The rooms were cleaned everyday, to a very high standard. The spa, sauna, and pool area were clean and well maintained. Overall, a meticulously organised hotel.I would definitely visit again in the future!

  a lesson to learn in Hospitality ?

  The first person you see is the first impression. Ours was not nice. I like to expect good day how was your trip? welcome in our hotel, or otherwise. The girl of the reception looked scared of seeing new people. Even with this crazy illness around, you can do your job. The only people who did their work right were the people of the breakfast.   Clean and friendly staff but restaurant was disappointing

  Stayed here for Christmas with a coach party. Spotlessly clean and friendly staff but the restaurant was disappointing. Our tables were too cramped to be comfortable to eat and the selection of food was disappointing. They removed two place settings from the long table after we spoke to them but it was still a tight squeeze and less than a metre away from the buffet counter. The only hot food at breakfast was scrambled egg, boil your own eggs and toast. Little choice during evening meals easpecislly desserts and little in the way of vegetables. Some bar drinks were expensive. €4.60 for a bottle of water. €4.20 for a large beer.   Great place to stay

  The hotel is rated 4 stars and I'm not sure what four stars mean, but while hotel is not perfect people that work there make all the difference. While we all expect service, this place redefines service. I probably would not exaggerate if I would say managers from other hotels should visit here for a day or two to learn what service actually look like. Not only they claim they speak English they actually do. Not only they helping you but they also go extra lengths to make sure that their help is helpful. and I'm not isolating reception when I'm talking about help, every single staff member that we spoken to made sure that we served to the best of their abilities. Food is plenty and of highest quality. Highly recommend to visit this place.   visited again, comfortable, but nothing to write home about

  I have stayed again in this hotel as part of an annual conference. The hotel tries to cater , for large groups, but does not always succeed. The line for dinner is sometimes too long, and the internet service is terrible at times. Compared to my previous visit, the dinner buffet offer is smaller (though the quantities are plentiful). The spa ares is nice. One need to take a bus or drive to the ski slopes. Everyone is pretty friendly. So I have no reservations on staying here again. Regarding the dinner line we are trying to do our best to serve 200 people who all have dinner at the same time - we know that there occur short wating times when all those people start their meal all together. Same problem we have with our wifi connection. There are 200 people online at the same time and very often with more than one device. Regarding this problem we have already talked to our IT and are trying to find a better solution. We hope we will see you again next year and wish you all the best in the meantime.
