    Beautiful family run hotel .Peaceful quiet . Great indoor pools & gym. Friendly helpful staff. Food good . Spacious rooms, comfortable beds although could do with better pillows. Kettle & hairdryer in room. Ski lift walkable to . Lots of walking/biking routes around hotel. Only couple of shops in village mainly ski shop no supermarket.

    Once again, a great visit. My 14th stay I think, but just as good every time.We brought a group of around 25, including 8 disabled skiers, and the hotel didn't disappoint - management and staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are comfortable and accessible, food is good and the hotel keep updating and upgrading. Already booked for netx year !

    Relaxing family ski holidays

    Spacious 2 bedrooms, double bed much more comfortable than hard mattress on kids beds. 6 mins walk to gondola so we stored skis at rental place. 2 pools (one adults only) with hydromassage. Well equipped gym with bouldering wall. Friendly staff. Breakfast begins at 7.30 so no panic to get to the slopes early. Coffee not great but food tasty and good variety.

    What a beautiful hotel

    We had the best holiday in this beautiful hotel . We have done a lot of walking holidays in Austria , but never seen it in the snow . This hotel ticked every box for us . Warm and comfortable and friendly. Walking was fairly easy There is a fantastic walk to Oberau , took about 1 hour 10 mins . We were also very near the ski slopes so able to watch skiing .Breakfast was excellent and we could not fault the 4 course evening meal . 2 choices and a vegetarian option . Thank you for our lovely winter holiday in your hotel.

    A couple of minor points but not important enough to downgrade from 5. Firstly, the shower head had limescale blocking the flow (as usual in hotels) but I always bring a pin with me so I do it myself, however, it really is something that should be checked every so often and de-scaled. The first evening was a bit frustrating, several coaches arrived at the same time and I was given a time to be at the table, 19.15. We all waited and waited, finally after about 45 minutes we asked when we would get our meal and the situation was explained to us. We finally got our meals around 20.15. The rest of the days were really nice, the room was very warm, albeit slightly scruffy but functional. The owners were very pleasant and the staff worked very hard to make sure we had the best time. I asked for a shower mat and it was in my room the same day. Drinks at the bar were very reasonable priced. There is a kettle in the room so take tea and coffee sachets with you as I did as the bar doesn’t open until afternoon so if you have to stay in due to the weather I’m not sure if you can get a drink from anywhere else. Overall a great few days. Thanks.
