    Very good and kind barman Yannick! Delicious hot choccolates ! We enjoyed our stay in this super hotel! Clean and right in the city center of Klagenfurt!

    The hotel is located a short walking distance from the railway station and the city's center. Rooms are clean and modern. Staff are friendly but a bit confused since they had a lot of arriving guests

    Good and central location. Hotel has an underground parkade but at an additional cost per day. Staff at the reception seemed to be stressed and was slightly impatient to check me in. At that time, the water in Klagenfurt was contaminated, so that the only way to get water is to boil it by oneself or to buy some in a grocery store (most still water had been sold out already at that time). The hotel didn't offer water whenever needed but to my understanding, only a certain amount which wasn't enough to go by. I would've wished the hotel would've handled this differently by offering a more forthcoming solution to their guests. Hotel itself was clean and modern and so was the room. If you wish to get the room cleaned, reception would need to get notified the day before. Otherwise, the room won't get cleaned. Overall, I missed a bit the costumer-centricity and an above-average hospitality experience, although the rest was quite ok.

    We stayed here overnight with our family and 2 cats on the way to our holiday in Italy. The hotel is modern, clean, funky design, professional staff with good breakfast. It was fine for a short stay. Quality of ibis level accommodation was quite good.

    This did everything we needed it to.It was a good size room and comfortable, while modern.The hotel was right in the centre with everything a short walk away.It says that parking is 15 euros but you can park for free on the road literally opposite the hotel. I’d stay here again if I was passing.
