Location

This hotel is situated next to the famous Hahnenkamm gondola station and only a stroll away from the romantic town centre of Kitzbühel, where guests will find shops, restaurants, nightlife, bus and train station and the Kitzbühel Museum. It is the perfect location for great excursions out into the mountains around Kitzbühel. The Farmhouse Museum is a 15-minute drive, Aurach Wildlife Park is 20 minutes by car, and Innsbruck is roughly an hour's drive. Salzburg – W. A. Mozart Airport is approximately 80 km from the hotel and Innsbruck-Kranebitten Airport is around 95 km away.

Facility

20 junior suites, 4 suites and 27 double rooms are located on 3 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere.     Best place to stay in Kitzbuhel

    We have just spent 5 fabulous days at Hotel Kaiserhof and it couldn't have been anymore perfect. From the warm and friendly welcome from Walter in reception to the spacious tyrolean styled bedroom which was kept immaculate everyday. Comfortable bed, super rainfall shower, great sized bathroom too. The standard room we booked well exceeded our expectations. Breakfast was also plentiful with huge amount of choice and our server Balint was a delight. Warm charming and remembered our choice of hot drinks at breakfast. The hotel has great boot room at the back of hotel and ease of access to the Hahnenkamm Gondola less than 5 minutes walk, also less than 10 minutes into the beautiful old town. Martin in reception was really helpful in helping us work out walks, places of interest plus as a keen skier he can give you lots of tips. Very engaging and good sense of humour. All the staff to be fair are excellent and very warm and friendly. This hotel delivers on every level and cannot recommend it highly enough. Another benefit is the wonderful pool room where you can relax in a warm and light area watching the gonolas overhead. I would love to return in the spring/summer.     Cosy, spotlessly clean, traditional hotel, ideally located at Hahnenkamm, Kitsbuhel. Quality food and service from a friendly and attentive team of staff. Convenient for the town, buses, trains and ski hire shops. You can ski back at the end of the day to within 20m of the boot room door!     Amazing location, steps from the gondola. Staff were all very attentive and friendly and having breakfast and dinner included made it all so easy. Rooms were spotless, with plenty of room.     Well located ski on ski off hotel..

    Location is excellent.Facilities also on par with its peers. Restaurant below par. We had to return our schnitzel because the pork tasted old and literally smelly. Actually we were the only ones in the restaurant which gave us a clue since the occupancy that night was quite full. With this lesson learned, I’d stay there again because of it’s proximity to the gondola and short walks to good restaurants in the center.
