Beautiful hotel surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Alps, the nicest staff I've ever encountered, with an always-ready smile and willingness to help

Just completed a weeks skiing. Location just outside the main strip of St Anton traditional Austrian set up which clean and basic rooms. The highlight is the excellent food and service for dinner each evening. One thing to improve would be they require a larger boot room for peak aeason.

Stayed in this hotel since 2017 every second year. The staff are very friendly and professional. This hotel makes you feel relaxed and welcomed . The sauna and the swimming pool area is nice and very clean. The breakfast have everything you need before you spend all day in the slopes.

This is a superb hotel, the rooms, the pool and the spa are great to come home to after a day on the mountain,the staff really are first class, very friendly and accommodating and the food is truly excellent, the hotel mini bus drops you off at the ski lifts in the morning and the towns shuttle bus is every ten minutes to return you to the hotel,we loved every minute of our stay at hotel kertess and would book again without hesitation if we were to return to St Anton

Had a great time at this hotel as a family of four adults. We were warmly welcomed by the owner and her lovely dog. The rooms, although a tad dated, were clean and comfortable. We had a telly, plenty of storage and a safe to keep valuables. The bar was great fun, some live entertainment midweek and all guests were super friendly if occasionally loud (LoL). The boot / ski room was a tad tiny, but all guests made a pleasant hash of just getting by and working around each other. The food was Austrian, and great. Always tasty, with plenty of choice and if one didn't want a dip into the local cuisine then a pasta alternative was always available. Only grumble was never having a gap between courses, but that became a game between me and the head waiter... The hotel has a minibus if you don't want to wait for the public transport. St Anton for skiing is amazing over Christmas, loved it. Have already booked for next Christmas.
