Location

The hotel lies on the Seefeld Plateau, just 700 metres from the cable car. The resort comprises 30 km of skiing areas, 31 ski lifts and 18 ski slopes. Seefeld has shops, bars, restaurants and clubs and the city of Innsbruck can be reached in less than a half-hour drive.

Facility

5 junior suites, 17 suites, 7 single rooms and 97 double rooms are available to guests. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and German-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access (for a fee) is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The resort has wheelchair-accessible facilities and a lift. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include a babysitting service, a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. Rooms include a queen-size bed. A safe and a minibar are also available. A flatscreen television, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. Amenities in the bathrooms include a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor and outdoor pools guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of activities such as tennis, golf, fishing and horse riding or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, are offered at the resort. The complex's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Ski passes are available locally. The resort offers numerous indoor sports, including a gym, yoga and callisthenics or, for a fee, billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a casino.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a non-smoking restaurant, a dining room, a breakfast room, a café and a bar. Half board can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and a comprehensive dinner buffet offer plenty of delicious variety. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. The resort also offers special catering options.

What the hell happened here?

The hotel is no where near how excellent it used to be. Lots of cheap short cuts to mention here and primarily to increase profits but at what expense? Losing loyal customers-? Been visiting this place for years - swimming pool falling apart with loose tiles, afternoon ‘tea’ where you pay extra for the tea? No mineral water in rooms, use tap water sign added , dinner quality and variety poor. Breakfast and restaurant waiting staff were probably the saving grace and the location next to the slopes. we as a family are sad about this - staff in reception also behaved odd with school headmistress type behaviour. Sadly after visiting for over 13 years this was our last.

Disappointed with our second stay at Krumers.

Second time staying here but won’t be returning due to howling dog which woke us up each morning. We love dogs but not barking and howling and impacting other guests’ stays.We came here in 2025 and it was good, breakfast buffet has a good selection, fresh omelettes and the staff are friendly. Spa was tired last year with many tiles missing in the pool (which is a hygiene issue). But overall we had a pleasant stay.This year it has lost its shine. On the first morning we went to breakfast and sat at a table and was then told by another guest that we were in his seats. It turns out that if you’re half board at the hotel you have a table allocated to you for the duration of your stay. Very odd. So if someone comes early to breakfast and leaves - you still can’t sit at that table as the staff have no idea who has had breakfast and who hasn’t - it makes sense to have a list of guests which get checked off when you arrive at the breakfast room (like all other hotels have).We saw lots of people having unnecessary heated debates because of this.Then there’s the ‘spa’ pool…now I understand this is a family hotel so clearly children will be there. However, in the afternoon after a long day skiing, you won’t be able to relax by the pool as the sheer volume of screaming children isn’t really relaxing. Also, allowing ball games in a spa pool isn’t really what I expected - especially after being hit in the face by the ball!Also, the number of pool tiles missing is ridiculous and leads me to wonder about hygiene levels in the spa.Lastly, a four star hotel should at least have a kettle in the room…Really disappointed by this stay and won’t be returning. I did recommend it previously to another family but will be telling them not to bother.

Weekend get away ski trip to Seefeld, Austria. Booked through the website very easy, easily navigated with English translation. Booked spa experiences over email, great communication, quick response. From arriving at the resort we were treated with a drink of our choice, we opted for Prosecco of course!! Room not ready as we got the early flight from Manchester, so we were there by 12:00!! Went for a walk to familiarise ourself with the hotel and surrounding area. Spa, amazing! Ski slope 4 minute walk, village 10 minute walk, ski jumps 15 minute walk, or yellow and blue ski bus free!!!! Check in extremely easy, room warm, cosy, did the job. Restaurant, lovely food, stayed 4 days, cannot fault one meal, half board with snacks during the day. Meals, buffet, plus menu choices which all were delicious, meat, fish, vegetarian options. Spa at the hotel, second to none, 4 floors, couples massage, excellent, adults only areas, lounge rooms, saunas, you’ll fall asleep as you are so looked after, robes, towels all provided. Our experience was wonderful, thank you to all the staff!!!

Not exactly an oasis, but ok...

The hotel calls itself a mountain oasis, but....ekhmm....Anyway, a pleasant hotel, but it could use a bit of renovation, the wooden decoration was worn in some parts, it looks much nicer in the hotel pictures.The dining room was too big and noisy for my taste, but this is a large hotel and it is difficult to expect a ''romantic'' atmosphere. The staff was very friendly, but I had to wait a very long time for dinner. The food was correct, there was a rich choice of dishes for breakfast, as well as for dinner.The ambience in the spa was very pleasant, the saunas were nice and spacious, but the indoor and especially the outdoor pool were absolutely too small.Not exactly an oasis, but ok...Definitely a recommended hotel for 2, 3 day break.
