  Nice place- a little add on will make it better

  It’s such a nice, clean, and cozy place to stay right in the heart of Manhattan ! It truly feels like a hidden treasure. The only thing I’d strongly recommend is adding an area rug or carpet, which would really elevate the space and make it feel warmer and more high-end. That small touch would make an already welcoming place feel even more comfortable and complete.

  Arrived on 5th October for a 6 night stay. The hotel is set in a beautiful area and the scenery is stunning. However, the hotel rooms are dated but bathrooms have been refurbished and are very smart. Beds are in need of replacing and mattress and pillows poor quality. Disappointing that there is no kettle in the rooms unless you have a suite! Our room was serviced every day by a lovely housekeeper, a lady from Serbia. She was in fact the nicest member of staff at the hotel. The young man on reception was helpful to us with any queries and assisting with travel. His colleagues need the same training school as were very brusque when you asked anything.The holiday we were on was an organised trip with a tour guide. Unfortunately we were unaware that it was a dog friendly hotel. Not great when you have an allergy to dog hair or asthma!The food is mediocre. Choice of 3 meals each day that you have to choose the night before. Soup, salad bar and dessert. You also have to sit at the same table each night due to the food ordering system. All but one of the servers were very rude but it appears only to the British! We witnessed this throughout the hotel. The Wellness area isn’t for all, as it is for those that don’t mind being naked. I don’t but not in front of anyone! One of our party tried to go to the pool but was told there were no towels left and she’d have to go another day.There are drinks available in the dining room from 10.00hrs until 22.00hrs. However, you are not allowed to fill water bottles or take drinks to rooms! So between 22.00hrs and 10.00hrs there is no facility for getting a drink, not even a vending machine. The views as you stand in front of the hotel are breathtaking. This was the best part of the holiday. We were also impressed with the tourist pass we received on checking in to use on all the buses and trains.Overall as a party we would not recommend the hotel or stay again. The area is beautiful but do your research and choose wisely Our Tour manager made our holiday a wonderful experience.

  On a great railways trip to Austria arrived at the hotel after a very long day sat in restaurant with a cup of tea to be told very abruptly by a waitress with fairish hair in a pony tail about 40rs of age “ you can’t sit there you are in there” pointing to another area I explained ok we have only just arrived very angry look on her face ! Then I heard her telling off a man in our group you can’t use that glass for your lager that’s for that lager ?? Why would a glass matter then one day after a tour we arrived back at the hotel a plastic cup was over the beer tap presuming it was to keep it clean from flies I attempted to remove and this woman snatched it from my hand and shouted at me NO ! It’s finished I was shocked and told her she was very rude and infact it was all inclusive until 10pm she walked off I went to reception and spoke to a young gentleman explained what happened and told him how rude she had been My husband then tried the same thing she shouted at him when he said we are all inclusive she then had the Cheek to say “ I don’t speak English “ wow so would never in a million years return there Rooms very nice Pretty village but sure there’s nicer hotels Food very averagePacked lunch same every day dry bread or roll no butter with cheese

  Stayed in the Lifthotel in Kirchberg. Room was fantastic and all the staff very efficient and friendly. Area is absolutely stunning. Definitely a trip up Kitsbhule Horn on the gondola a must, also the swimming lake!!

  Beautiful surroundings absolutely breathtaking hotel was very clean staff was lovely apart from one in restaurant girl with attitude but really need some attention to dinring area lots of flies but not enough detectors food needed to be covered up more
