  Great staff and value for money.

  Very impressed with the price we paid.Excellent location, Excellent staff especially Ms Erna Peters who made sure that we have a pleasant stay.Good choice of different food everyday.Great value for money with the more inclusive rate ( you will have buffet breakfast-packed lunch-afternoon coffee-4 course dinner and 10 Euro voucher per person per day to be used for drinks). Basic but clean rooms.The staff made all our requests possible.Highly recommended for a 3 star hotel.   I Thought better

  I have been for 1 night in this hotel and I thought that the structure it was better.The hotel is not new and the rooms are a little bit old but are cleaned.The breakfast was included but I didn’t like because the quality it was very low and there isn’t a lot of Choice.The price for my opinion it’s too expensive for the structure and for the level of services.   Lovely stay.

  Our family stayed here in February 2018. The hotel rooms are basic but met our needs with comfortable beds, cleanliness and quietness. The reception and kitchen staff are very friendly and accommodating. Food was of very good quality with plenty of variety for breakfast and dinner. We took advantage of the free entry into the swimming pool of the sister hotel Sonne which is a beautiful hotel and worth a visit. The hotel is about a 10 minute walk to the ski bus stop and ski school. It is also close by to the sports arena which has a bowling alley and restaurant with excellent food at a good price.   Overpriced for quite a basic offer

  Found it overpriced for one night over 200 euro in a very basic setting. No sound insulation, you hear every guest coming late or leaving early. Basic breakfast, more than basic shower facilities. The staff is friendly and attentive. Must be good for large groups at a limited budget.   Warm and friendly!

  Family of four (two children and two adults) from Australia. Stayed for one week over Christmas. Very good value for 'half board'. We arrived very early and was kindly given the key to our room and advised we could put our luggage in our room, though we couldn't book in until 1pm. Luggage in room we decided to look around the village of Kirchberg in Tyrol. It is beautiful, people very friendly and the streets are very clean (without cigarette butts) and without smokers! Lovely specialty shops, cafe and restaurants. Fabulous Tourist Information Centre where we were informed of bush walks with a leader (free) and a lantern walk (free). The Hotel: Our room was configured with 2 single beds and the couch was pulled out to accommodate two more people. We found the single beds were lovely and comfortable whilst the couch was dreadfully hard. Way to uncomfortable for adults so we had the children sleep there. The breakfasts were presented nicely, plenty of variety and staff very helpful. Served 07.30-10am. Dinners commenced at 18.30-8pm. Dining room was presented nicely, staff ever so helpful and the food was plentiful. Numerous starters to choose from, beautiful soups, salads etc. The main meals were large (we opted for half serves) and the sweets/deserts were Devine! Overall, we found this hotel to be very clean, staff very friendly and very helpful. Only one complaint: put a softer mattress onto the lounge that's pulled out for use as a bed. Otherwise we were very happy here and would recommend. I am (65), travelled with my daughter and two children.
