Location

This hotel enjoys a central yet quiet location in Austria's popular Tyrol holiday region and is just a few steps away from Seefeld's idyllic and romantic town centre. The railway station is just 5 minutes' walk and it is 10 minutes on foot to the ski region.

Facility

20 junior suites, 9 suites, 5 single rooms and 51 double rooms are located on 4 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and cash machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a car hire service, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with central heating. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a king-size bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi are provided as well. A hairdryer and a vanity mirror are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. A variety of activities are available at the hotel, for example bocce, beach volleyball and fishing or, for a fee, cycling/mountain biking, tennis, crazy golf, golf and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts are offered aquafit. The hotel's location is particularly ideal for skiers. Ski passes are available locally. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example a gym, table tennis, billiards, darts, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics or, for a fee, bowling and squash. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. An entertainment programme and a casino round out the entertainment options.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a dining room, a breakfast room, a café, a bar and a pub. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Half board can be booked. Breakfast, lunch and dinner will satisfy appetites big and small. Diet meals, gluten-free meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available.

    Great location and amazing spa

    Great location next to the town square (though can be noisy if you have a room at the front). Two min walk to the train station (which is where you also pick up the ski bus). Spa is very impressive. Junior suite spacious and comfortable. Some staff were friendly and very good, others seemed a little more disinterested. Food was pretty good for dinner and breakfast. All in all, liked the hotel and would stay again.     Great hotel BUT the FOOD……

    First of all this hotel is in the best location of Seefeld the rooms are great the Spa is really very nice and the massages are great. The people in the restaurant and the reception are very friendly. The breakfast is good only the dinner is a serious problem. It is such a pity that they don’t have a good chef in such a nice hotel.     We stayed at the Krumers Post in Seefeld in May 2019 (not May 2025).Superb hotel, delicious food. We had one of the newly furbished (at the time) rooms, which was excellent.     No gluten free desserts

    We had a lovely, comfortable and spacious room overlooking the church. Loved the idea of receiving a treat for not having the room cleaned. The staff were very friendly and efficient. The food was very good. BUT I have to have gluten free food and although the staff were very helpful in altering the dishes to meet my needs and the menu was very clearly marked with allergies, I was very disappointed with the dessert offerings. I stayed for 7 nights and every night I had to have sorbet or ice cream. So boring. Thank goodness for Victor's cafe nearby that had 3 choices of gluten free cakes.     Best Hotel to relax in after a day out exploring

    The location is extremely central to the town area. There is a supermarket a stones throw away and there are other bars and wee cafes near by. The rooms are so cottage-y and cute with most having balconies. The dining space is elegant with friendly staff and good food. The spa is INCREDIBLY I'd go simplying to sleep. It's so tranquil with quiet rooms with so many day beds available.
