Location

In a haven of mountains, lakes, rivers and valleys, Zell Am See provides guests with a truly invigorating location. Residents will enjoy a tranquil setting 2 km above the town, and there is a public bus stop directly outside the property. There is also a train station and numerous shops in the town. Innsbruck-Kranebitten Airport is about 20 km away.

Facility

The complex has a lift and features 30 rooms. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service and a safe ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Lovely hotel. Rooms spotlessly clean. Beds very comfy. We got a room with a view of the town, absolutely beautiful! Huge selection for breakfast. The 4 course dinners were fabulous (we were HB). Staff were really friendly, helpful and accommodating throughout. Special shout out to Nik the waiter, who was really kind and funny, the children loved him! Would definitely stay here again.

    Prima hotel met net en vriendelijk personeel. Wij (vader en zoon) hadden logies ontbijt en een junior suite. Kamer is ruim en schoonmaak keurig. Onbijt is zoals een Oostenrijks ontbijt moet zijn. Vers, heel ruim aanbod en lekker. Wel apart dat we elke morgen weer om de koffie moesten vragen, iets wat beter kan. Parkeren en bushalte voor het hotel en skiliften op loopafstand, 250 meter bergje op en af.Goed me busverbinding naar het centrum, bussen rijden later in de avond minder vaak en taxi bellen is dan een optie (10 a 12 euro per rit).

    We just spent an amazing week st this hotelThrough Crystal ski holidays The hotel is spotlessly clean Beds super comfyThe food was outstandingStaff professnal and friendlyAlexander was great,and his Martini cocktails were fabulousThe spa was a lovely treat several of our group used it to relax afrer a day on the slopes...A absolute 10/10 We all agree we would definatley return

    Good points:- Close to the lift, walk or if you are feeling lazy, catch the free bus. - Regular buses down to town and back.- Ski in and out down to the Cityexpress lift in good conditions. - Restaurant standard food.- A hearty breakfast with plenty of choice. - Professional staff and attentive in the restaurant.- A reasonably priced option is available in the Annex By Zillners next door. Not so good points:- There can be a shortage of evening meal tables if guests don’t arrive at their allocated time. We were left waiting 15mins one evening. This only happened once though. - We stayed in the B&B next door and there was a small snag list e.g Lights that don’t work, cracked sinks, wardrobe doors that don’t close, loose shower doors, a radiator not working. Nothing major but attention to detail could be improved. - No real bar area. Due to the shortage of tables, the bar is barely serviceable as one. There is a distinct lack of relaxing and seating areas outside of the main restaurant. There is a small seating area close to the main door but this was populated by children on most evenings (not the hotels fault obviously).- Although the evening meal was very tasty, portions are quite small and there is no salad bar to supplement it if you are still feeling hungry. All in all we had an enjoyable stay but I would fall short of recommending it.

    Nice friendly hotel and B&B, rooms nice, clean and comfortable beds.The food is ok. Buffet breakfast, plenty for everyone. You have to choose what you would like for your evening meal the night before, not a problem.It’s a quiet hotel. No bars or restaurants near by. The town is a quick bus ride away, number 71 bus takes you to the bus station in town. Lots of bars with music.The Gondola is a 5-10 minute walk (up hill)
