    Wow.wow, amazing hotel, with the roof tip pool and sauna, fabulous pool and sauna,spa downstairs. Bar , restaurant.. . Great location..But mostly the staff are so nice and welcoming and can't do enough to help you...

    A great cosy only adults boutique hotel in the heart of Kitzbühel . Few minutes walking from the train station . Please note that Kitzbuhel has three stations . The station near the hotel is the Hanekamm. The welcome was really warm and we were offered a glass of sparkling wine together with many information about the Christmas market , restaurants and other points of interest . The bellboy from Greece was really exceptional and also the Greek girl at the reception and her Spanish colleague.Room on 4 th floor was fantastic. A great view of the mountains. The room was super clean , with great lighting and comfy bed. Breakfast was great and also the service.The highlight of this boutique hotel is the roof top heated outdoor pool that you have to try .Spa is also super complete with indoor heat pool, all kinds of saunas, laconium , steam bath and many other facilities. I highly recommend this hotel and definitely we will be back . Kudos to Harrish hotels for such a fantastic product.

The rooftop swimming pool with the view is an hit.One not luxury moment: we asked to have a pooridge with oat milk or water (to replace the one with cow milk on the buffet/for allergy reasons). After 10 minutes, the waitress came back telling us that the cook doesn't want to prepare that for us.

    Excellent location. Friendly team. Great breakfast included. Very nice and quiet spa area. A pleasure not to hear screaming children in the pool area although on other occasions it’s nice to hear them. My wife and I had excellent massages which we both agreed were delivered professionally and with pride so as to make the price seem good value. Thanks Elena and Yelena.The ski locker is large and with plenty of boot warmers. You can purchase your ski pass from the hotel reception and through out they were courteous. We still have two more days but just incase I forget I wanted to review now. Others may have different experiences but from travelling extensively I will put this down as a hotel to recommend and hopefully return to.Thanks team.
