    Lovely clean warm hotel, friendly staff and great food choices . Also the benefit of an outdoor pool. Bedroom had a great Balcony, separate toilet and bath / shower. Comfy beds.

    A lovely hotel family run and right across the road to the ski lifts.Rooms are large with a great balcony, a powerful shower and nice and clean.No mini fridge in the roomThe matresses need replacing they are sagging. But the room lovely and warm.Staff are really friendly and got a tip from us on leaving.Theres plenty of food, but it can get repetitive after a week. Always plenty on the buffet.Drinks are really well priced and the barman is very entertaining.Easy to travel to other ski areas on the regular buses and its worth a trip to Worgyl the nearby town.I have already booked my stay for next year.

    We didn't stop at the hotel. We had a meal in the outside setting area as with most hotels. You don't need to be staying at the hotel to enjoy the food. The food was great, as was the waitress, polite, and friendly.

    Horrible Experience – Theft, No Security, Rude Owner!

    AVOID THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS!This was the worst experience we’ve ever had in a hotel. My husband was robbed in this place—his brand-new, expensive Salomon ski boots were stolen from the ski storage. And guess what? There are no security cameras, no staff at the reception, and absolutely no security measures in place! The ski room, which was supposed to be locked, was wide open all the time. We even recorded a video at 10 PM proving that anyone could walk in freely.When we reported the theft to the owner, his reaction was absolutely disgraceful. He didn’t care at all—no apology, no concern, no responsibility. He even had the audacity to lie to our faces, claiming that the ski room was always locked when it clearly wasn’t. When we mentioned calling the police, he nearly threw his phone at me! His attitude was beyond rude—arrogant, dismissive, and shockingly unprofessional.This place is a complete disaster. If you care about your safety, your belongings, and basic respect as a guest, stay as far away from this hotel as possible. The owner is a rude, unhelpful, and dishonest man who should not be running a hotel. There is zero accountability, zero security, and zero customer service.DO NOT STAY HERE.

    We stayed here with a group of six friends. The Hotel is in the village and has a superb pool sauna and steam room much appreciated after a day s skiing. The rooms are clean comfortable with plenty of storage space. Nice bathroom with shower lots of hot water. lovely balconies to sit out on and look at the beautiful views.The food was excellent good choice all home cooked and made with love. The soups are delicious at dinner. Breakfast plenty of choice lovely bread. You choose your meal at breakfast for the evening. We had a lovely buffet one evening with carved meats superb. They have a nice bar and you can sit outside and have cakes and amazing ice cream sundaes and wine and beer. The best are the staff so helpful and friendly.Would recommend.
