English- and German-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe.     It’s the second time we stayed here. Houses are super comfortable, beds are good to sleep on, big dining area for 8 people. Kitchen could be bigger and this electronic key made us mad. U need to take your phone with you all the time charged. Also no one to answer your inquiry as there is no reception. I sent an email about late check out and no answer came ever. It is a bit impersonal.     Very expensive for decent consitions

    The courtyard is fine, the 2 room apartment is large and clean, but the price paid for normal consitions is 5 stars (extremely expensive). We traveled with some friends and they had a much better price for the same conditions, we wanted to stay together that’s the reason we paid extra.     Unwelcoming miserable place without character with no service, remotely run

    This place was one of the worst and most overpriced experiences I ever had in Austria.Check-in is through the app, so if you don't have a smartphone or run out of battery, good luck getting to your room. There is essentially no employees here and no reception. Place looks deserted and not welcoming at all.Anything we needed, we had to write an e-mail or a message, and got response in many cases the next morning. So When you run out of soap or heating does not work at 7pm good luck finding anyone to help you.We ran out of soap, and were told they don't have it. Then we got delivered some kind of soap for dishwashing that smelled like lemon dishwashing zest and were told we can use it on our and children's bodies - no thank you. No other solution was provided.Heating was turned way down in the evening and it was challenging to dry clothes from full day of skiing. We were told heating cannot be adjusted.I asked for some firewood to heat our room with the existing fireplace, and was told I needed a 25 eur training and 15 eur wood to use it. Absolutely ridiculous, I am surprised I did not need the training to use the stove or a kettle in the room. There was no bellboy to help with the luggage when we checked in/out and there was no daily cleaning provided. We had to clean our own trash as well, and only 3 bags were provided for the week. Beds are small, and mattresses are the absolute cheapest you can find that provide zero comfort. Furniture is miserable and uncomfortable.Keep in mind that we were paying roughly 250 eur/night for all of this - which would be fine if the place was excellent - which it clearly wasn't.Parking was far away from our room too, and a walk is windy and indirect.Ski-slope is nearby which is a plus, but to reach it, you have to walk on a steep dirt road without any stairs.The place has a potential to be a wonderful boutique place, unfortunately it is this miserable, remotely-run, unwelcoming place with no character, no service in no soul. I would not return and I would advise others to avoid this place. Yes we charge the using of the fireplace (Kachelofen), because its highly maintenance oven, which has to be checked yearly combined with a lot of costs and there is a lot of maintenance because of wrong using and we have to buy the wood here in the region. Therefore we are offering a instruction with our Technition Christian, combined with some nice Antipasti and a Schnapserl ;-) We don't want to charge every guest for the usage of some and we think this is the right decision. It's right that we don't offer a reception anymore, but we are 25 people at this wonderful resort, working in every corner of Kirchleitn and always available for you. Additionaly you can chat, mail and call us to you visit our wonderful Restaurant Bauernwirt which is open 6 days a week and we help you out there personally. A lot of possibilities to keep in touch.we promote the resort a car free on all websites, for the safety of all guests but mostly so children can roam the resort safely. therefore you will need only a few steps from the car to the apartment, but we provide luggage trolleys for all your heavy suitcases.we wish you all the bestTeam Slowtravelling

    Very cousy app in a village in retro Austrian/Alpine style. We loved it. We are her for second time and will come again definitely. Cutllery one needs are all there. Good energy. Nature around you is - beautiful. Slopes are mostly red and rechable by foot. Good food in mountine restourants and huts.     Excellent experience at Slow Travel Resort and fantastic service at Bauernwirt restaurant

    We spent a family ski week and were very pleased with the resort. Very quick electronic check in and check out. Excellent location close to the gondola and kids ski school. Clean and cosy apartment and safe for kids to play outside, also there were various kids attractions in the resort.
