Extremely lovely and friendly staff and relaxed environment. Clean and nice rooms. The ski bus to Hochfugen stops at the hotel and the cable car up to Spieljoch is within walking distance.Nice spa facilities and ski storage at the hotel and very family friendly hotel. One of the most welcoming hotels I have been to. The staff were excellent and the facilities all good. My room was superb with a lovely balcony overlooking the valley run. Breakfast was first class too.I felt very looked after by Marianne and Romana who were the perfect hosts. Great experience for our short ski break.

The Hotel was in a great location for access to the Spieljoch gondola only 100metres away. It had great facilities which included 2 x swimming pools (Adults, & Kids)Spa and wellness centre which were very modern and well looked after. The food was exceptional, we were on Half Board which also included afternoon Tea & snacks. The bar area was really comfortable and had a good vibe to itThe staff were vey friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. There was a large ski and boot storage room. The hotel also picked us up and dropped us off at the Fugen Train Station in their own shuttle bus, another added bonus. To sum up a really pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to return. The hotel doesn’t surprise you on first sight. But when are you in you see that every single part is perfectly clean. What is the absolute winner is quality of service of all people. They make you feel you matter a lot.
