  Hotel in close proximity to the train and bus station. Relatively close to the center. Even though the hotel is somewhat older, it offers a great price-performance ratio. Probably the largest rooms in Graz. . Great breakfast and excellent service staff. Very helpful approach of the hotel management and reception.

  Very good hotel and location, very clean and very good breakfast as wel. We only stayed for 1 night but we are very satisfied.

  Location near the railway station was the best part

  The location is perfect if you are traveling by train. Right across from the main railway station lies this bland-looking hotel. A walk to the Old Town takes about 15 minutes.Check-in was was a study in indifference, but did not take long. Checkout was friendly, but the two card machines did not accept our cards--both of which worked well just before and after in other establishments. It was a reminder that it's good to carry some cash!The internet was agonizingly slow and logging in to some pages locked the phone in a standstill.We could not get the A/C to bring down the temperature enough. Opening the window at helped at times, but then there was a lot of noisy from traffic. The windows blocked the noise effectively when closed.We declined the expensive breakfast, but fortunately there's a great alternative next door in "Granola."There is recycling in hallways but no separation of waste in the room. A small minibar and an in-room safe were available.

  A traditional older style hotel.

  We had a 3 night stay in a standard room. Room clean and a comfortable bed . Bathroom had a bath and a shower over it. Older style hotel and traditional. Bed comfort for us was too soft a mattress as were the pillows. Did not sleep well in this very soft mattress. Air conditioner very old and noisy. Close to the railway station. Staff friendly.

  A nice 3day trip to Graz

  Very near to the main train station. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. The room clean and they even changed the towels after one night! There is a cheap and good restaurant near the hotel. From the hotel it is a short walk (about 15 minutes) to the city centre. There are four tramlines leading there. A 24 hour ticket costs a bit over 6 Euros and you can take every public transport - even the funicular up the mountain to the clocktower.
