  This hotel makes one feel very comfortable

  Lovely well taken care of Hotel. The rooms are large and the bathrooms have all the amenities that are needed. The beds are comfortable and a sitting area inviting. The hotel has a restaurant, called Florian, and it offers breakfast and is also open for dinner. The food is good and service efficient. From the hotel one can walk to the Schlossturm and the inner city in about 10-15 minutes. I recommend taking the lift or the Schlossbergbahn to the top for a lovely view. The hotel also has a small garden and it is nice to sit outside with coffee and cake in the afternoon. Check in/check out was excellent and the front desk lady is so friendly and readily answers questions. If we return to Graz, we will try to stay in that hotel again. We felt very welcome and appreciated.

  Great hotel - recommend if visiting Graz!

  Wonderful hotel - rooms are superbly decorated to really feel the history of the building. Service was great. Plenty of parking and we were able to leave our car there all day after check out whilst we visited Graz. Room was huge with seating area and large separate bathroom with his and hers sinks! Working aircon was also appreciated!Great location, just a short work into the main historic part of townPool was beautiful and quiet (if a little cold!) and the sauna and relaxation room was great. Also used the small gym in the morning - was great that had a wall of windows so good view whilst on the machines!! Water and towels were provided in the gym too.Didn't have the breakfast as was on the expensive side especially as we don't eat a large breakfastDefinitely recommend if you are visiting Graz!

  Beautiful hotel and great front desk staff

  The hotel is in a great location to visit the university buildings and also walk into downtown Graz. A farmers' market is a three block walk from the hotel as is the Flix bus that takes to you to and from Vienna airport or city. A large city park is a block walk. University library and botanic garden 20 minutes walk. Mr. Baumgartner and Michelle in the office are very helpful. Everyone at the front desk is professional and helpful. Thank you!! The breakfast offerings are being modernized and this is a challenge for some of the older long time visitors. I miss the pot of black filter coffee being delivered to the table. I miss having the New York Times in the paper rack in the breakfast area to read at the table. It would be helpful to have the ingredients in the various granola mixtures listed in German and English on the containers. Also a note by the coffee machine telling one how to get the decaffeinated coffee options. The older crowd are not screen swipe savvy. Housekeeping is great; thank you Grace and your colleagues. Fortunately the back garden is music free and that adds to the tranquility one can feel in this very special hotel. There is no need for music anywhere in a traditional style hotel like the Park Hotel. The hum of good conversations fill the air happily. Thank you for another wonderful visit.

  Great hotel close to the centre, with a lot of old-days charme. Suite was comfortable, clean, and spacious. Breakfast was outstanding, a lot of choice (inlcuding sparkling wine), and everything was fresh. The spa area consists of a small indoor pool, a room for resting, and two saunas (Finnish - 90C, and a Bio one - 60C) - very pleasant, too. Staff were very hospitable, overall a fantastic stay, even if it was for one night only.
