  Booked bed plus breakfast (which was good). Hotel was convenient for us, both to walk into town and for tram stops. Easy travel from airport by train and tram. Hotel staff were excellent, friendly. Soundproofing and quiet air conditioning were good. Quiet hotel. No hotel evening meals but we had other plans anyway - local Yim Siam was good. I would stay there again if in Graz.   A Poor Two Star Hotel, Needs Refurbishment

  On arrival, the Best Western Plus is in a central location, being convenient for us having arrived from visiting Budapest earlier in the day. However, it was difficult to initially find parking, since the barrier for the hotel's parking being closed. We rang reception, who advised us that we could park in the designated free parking Blue Zones on the adjacent street. We were given a disabled friendly room, which was spacious but looked scruffy and tired. The bed was comfortable, but the room felt very dark and in need of refurbishment. The bathroom was also spacious, but the shower gel/shampoo dispenser was inadequately filled. Due to lack of time in the morning, we were unable to ask Reception for it to be filled up. The kettle was unclean, so we didn't use it. We hadn't booked breakfast, so unable to comment on it.   reception personnel sometimes not paying attention: don't listen when serving a person, talk too quick while giving out information.   Lovely modern hotel from Best Western. Rooms spacious and very clean.Breakfast was lovely and loads of choice however there was no seats available at 8am which seems to be their busy time.Room only gets cleaned every 2nd day.   Friendly and polite staff, perfect breakfast! Parking availability , either the hotel's or across the street on public parking. Reasonable distance from city center aproximataly 15min walk.Clean and huge room, comfy and large bed! Need to say more?
