  Don’t came here!!!!

  01 Aug 2026

We were assigned a room for guests with disabilities, even though we don't have any; we asked to change rooms, but that wasn't possible; we asked for a refund, but that wasn't possible either (room booked with agency); we asked for the parking fee back so we could go to another hotel—naturally, that wasn't possible either; furthermore, only the bed linen was clean; otherwise, the floor was dirty, and there was a foul odor—a mix of sewage, disinfectants, and other smells. Dagmar Diedrichs, Sales at PLAZA INN Graz Messe, responded to this review Dear Stefan P,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to learn that your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Please allow us to clarify that all our triple rooms are designed to be accessible and include features such as air conditioning and sound-insulated windows, with further comfort items available from our reception team. For guests who prefer a more private setup, we recommend our suites and apartments on the sixth floor, which offer individual room doors and, in the case of apartments, bathroom doors for added privacy, differing from our open-space and open bathroom design concept introduced in 2011.We regret that the condition and ambiance of the room were not as anticipated. In line with our Think Green approach, housekeeping is arranged upon request to conserve resources, and our team is always available to provide additional cleaning or replenishment whenever needed.Regarding parking, we understand that the situation can be challenging due to limited availability. Our team is on hand to assist with suggestions for nearby alternatives, and we value your perspective on the parking fees, which contribute to maintaining secure facilities for all guests. We hope to have another opportunity to welcome you and provide a more comfortable and seamless experience tailored to your preferences.Best regards,Your PLAZA INN Graz Fair

  Good city hotel

  13 Feb 2026

Good value for money. Perfect for attending an event at the fair. Unfortunately, there is no door to the bathroom, so you have the noise right in the room Dagmar Diedrichs, Sales at PLAZA INN Graz Messe, responded to this review Sehr geehrter Herr Florian F,vielen Dank für Ihre Rückmeldung und die positiven Worte zu unserem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sowie zur Lage nahe der Messe. Beste Grüße,Ihr PLAZA INN Graz Team Originally submitted in German on www.tripadvisor.at. Lack of privacy in bathroom

  08 Oct 2025

We stayed in the Plaza Inn during the Austrian Grand Prix weekend and the hotel was very busy. There is limited on-site parking but we were lucky enough to get a space. There is a barrier to enter and leave the car park but you need to phone the hotel reception to get them to open the barrier. The hotel is close to stops for various bus and tram routes. With the exception of McDonalds, there are no restaurants near to the hotel. The rooms were OK but there was limited storage. The most annoying feature of the room was that, while there was a door to the toilet, there was no door to the bathroom. That meant that there is no privacy when you are using the shower. So, for example, when the bedroom door is opened, you can see directly into the shower. Also, the towels were quite small. Breakfast was good quality, with plenty of choice. Dagmar Diedrichs, Sales at PLAZA INN Graz Messe, responded to this review Dear RIchard035,Thank you for choosing PLAZA INN Graz during the busy Grand Prix weekend and for sharing your detailed feedback. We are delighted to hear you enjoyed the breakfast selection and convenient access to public transport. We appreciate your comments regarding the room layout and storage. Our rooms were designed in 2011 with an open-space concept by the architects, which means bathrooms do not have doors, while toilets are separated; this approach applies to all rooms except the apartments on the sixth floor. For a future visit, we recommend reserving one of our sixth-floor apartments, which include a bathroom door and may better suit your preferences. Your remarks about towels and overall comfort are also valued, as we aim to provide a consistently pleasant stay.It is great to know the parking arrangement worked for you during such a busy period. We are grateful you took the time to provide such thoughtful insights and hope to welcome you again for an even more comfortable experience.Best regards,Your PLAZA INN Graz Team

  Clean hotel with friendly staff

  22 Feb 2025

This hotel is ideal for visiting the stadium. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Breakfast was as expected and a plentiful choice of buffet. There is no evening meal service and very little in the area but it is a short team ride to the town centre. The staff were extremely helpful. A special mention to Abbas who couldn't have done more to make our stay easy.
