    Excellent quality hotel, Ibrahim helped to make our stay a fantastic experience, would strongly recommend this hotel all facilities were very good and immaculate , room was perfect and had fantastic mountain views , breakfast was all fresh and served everything you could have wanted

    I recently stayed at AC Hotel Innsbruck and had a very pleasant experience overall. The hotel is well-located, with comfortable rooms and a clean, modern atmosphere that makes it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers.What truly stood out during my stay, however, was the exceptional service at the front desk. A special thank you goes to Rita, the receptionist, whose quick and efficient assistance made check-in and any requests seamless.professionalism and friendly attitude added a personal touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.I would happily recommend this hotel and look forward to returning in the future.

    Room was spacious and well laid out. I ended up on a higher floor facing away from the elevator — got a clean view of the city and the mountains, which was a nice bonus. The sauna and steam room are a genuine plus if you’re spending your days walking around.Location is practical: a few minutes on foot to the main train station, easy access to the city centre, and there’s a hop-on hop-off stop just around the corner. Check-in was quick and hassle-free.Nothing to complain about. I’d stay here again without hesitation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

    Came here for a city break with my husband and baby. Got in touch beforehand to ensure a cot, kettlevand fridge would be available in the room and they were. Room was lovely. Luckily we brought a blow up bath for the baby as there was only a shower in the room. Breakfast was good- decent selection for Europe. They also do eggs to order. Only 10-12min walk to the Golden Roof and only about a six minute walk from the train station. There was a issue with housekeeping on the 1st day where they did not service our room. It seemed to be the case that they only went round to each room once and if you are not available they did not bother to come back. I would highly recommend the hotel as a place to stay in innsbruck however there was no acknowledgement of being a Marriott Bonvoy member at check in.

    I had a fantastic stay with my 5 brothers at the AC Hotel Innsbruck. The location is absolutely perfect—whether you’re planning a ski trip or simply want to enjoy the beautiful town of Innsbruck. It’s incredibly convenient to access the nearby ski areas while still being just a short walk from the historic center, restaurants, and shops.The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The rooms are comfortable and stylish, exactly what you’d expect from the AC brand.Breakfast was outstanding. The selection was excellent, and the experience was made even better by the wonderful ladies working in the breakfast area. They were incredibly attentive and genuinely cared about making sure every guest had everything they needed. It really set a great tone for the day.The bar experience was a bit different—the bartender seemed a little grumpy—but honestly, it didn’t take away from the overall stay.The real star of the hotel is Ibrahim at the front desk. He is a true hospitality gem. Friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, he went above and beyond to make sure guests felt taken care of. People like him are what great hospitality is all about.Overall, a wonderful hotel that I would absolutely recommend for anyone visiting Innsbruck—especially if you’re combining skiing with enjoying the charm of the city. ⛷️🏔️
