    Excellent stay – a well-designed experience from start to finish.The hotel offers a perfect combination of location, panoramic views, and efficiency. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with a great atmosphere for both relaxation and focus.Breakfast starting at 06:30 is a major advantage, especially for early activities. The quality and variety were very good.The SPA area, is a great addition to the experience, with an excellent view and well-maintained facilities. It’s a perfect way to relax after a day of skiing.The staff was professional, helpful and efficient throughout the stay.I would definitely return.     We were here for celebrating and skiing. The staff were so nice to prepare the swan towel folding and arranged the room on the highest floor. The view was incredible. The sauna was comfy too. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. Location was perfect as it was close to the central train station.However, our room was right next to the spa so we would hear the door of the spa opening and closing constantly, which could be disturbing. Unfortunately, we lost a power bank one day after the room makeup (placing two power banks on the small table but there was only one left when we get back). We have reported it to the staff but weren’t able to find it.

    Aircon wouldnt cool off. Room stayed hot with no way to cool.     Beautiful hotel room with postcard view. Location perfect next to train station and near to everything. Breakfast is decent but adequate. Service is very good.
