  A relaxing and enjoyable stay that truly I appreciated.

  We stayed at this hotel for five nights, enjoying a quiet and relaxing setting that was just a 10-minute walk to the old town, with great public transport options nearby.Our room was spacious and comfortable, offering stunning mountain views. It had a cozy bed, a large bathroom, plenty of storage, and enough power outlets and seating to unwind after a day of exploring.The rooms were cleaned daily and kept spotless, while the front desk staff were always friendly and eager to help. Be sure to ask for the Innsbruck Pass at check-in, as it grants free access to most public transport and discounts on numerous attractions.There was a bar on-site that I didn't visit, and I skipped breakfast because of the cost—most other hotels in the area charged similar rates. However, the room provided tea and coffee, and a well-stocked Spar grocery store was right nearby.All in all, it’s a fantastic location with a clean, comfortable room, friendly staff, and a reasonable price. It made for a very enjoyable five-night stay.

  Spectacular views and friendly welcome

  This is a well located and comfortable hotel, right opposite the tram stop. We had a room with a mountain view which was lovely. There were some unexpected luxuries including a small fridge in the room and a sauna in the wellness room. Staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately the hotel restaurant was closed during our stay and as we had planned on eating there, following a long journey, this was annoying. However, there is a well-stocked EuroSpar adjacent so we were able to get some food and have a picnic in our room. Breakfast was excellent but felt it overpriced- we added it on check in for €18, having realised we didn’t have time in the morning to find somewhere to eat.

  Great hotel great location and lovely staff

  3 night stay. We were in a Superior room on 4th floor with fabulous view of mountains. One of best showers we have experienced whilst on holiday. Spacious bathroom. Small point but as I am not particularly tall it was a struggle to reach the soap dispenser attached to the wall to wash your hands! Gorgeous smell though!! Our room was facing the road but the noise was minimal. Room became a bit warm during the night and we could not make it cooler with aircon but an open window sufficed. Loads of storage space. Friendly helpful staff in Reception bar and Breakfast room. Fabulous choice at breakfast and calm ambience. Great location for going up on cable car and lovely 10 minute walk into old town along the river. Would have no hesitation staying here again.   A nice place to stay in a beautiful country ....but a poor night's sleep

  This is a very well located hotel offering local transport links in a absolutely stunning location right on the river Inns overlooking the mountains The funicular is less than 100 yards away from the front door with access to the Nordkette cable car The staff are very accommodating and couldn't do enough for us Rooms are spotlessly clean and the bar and restaurant are very pleasing The only downside...the only one ...it was stifeningly hot overnight in the room and AC did nothing ,every morning we felt very dehydrated with bad sleep Tried to play around with it but ended up with the window open ...minus 3 overnight Sebastian Wolak, Gästeservice/Empfang at Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck, responded to this review Dear StuMees,Thank you for taking the time to share your experience at Austria Trend Hotel Congress Innsbruck.   Fabulous festive stay

  Lovely three night stay before Christmas.Close enough to walk into town, great location straight across the road from the funicular railway. Spar supermarket next door. Sightseeing bus picks up outside. Room was very comfortable and had fantastic views! Breakfast was perfect to set us up for the day sightseeing.
