    Bang bang boom scrape Constant noise

    Authentic Austrian hotel only peaceful between 12 midnight and 7 am.Outside of these hours it has a constant ebb and flow of disturbing constant noise.Bang bang,scrape scrape,boom,bang.Constant creaking thumps and bangs.Loud aged Elevator noise covering 2 floors.Sauna and solarium on 3rd floor causing creaks and bangs to 2nd floor occupation.Vending machines on landings with cooling fan noise 24/7.Constant rumble knocking and thumps of an aged building extremely irritating.Never stayed in such a noisy hotel,no kettle tea/coffee in rooms,no USB ports,3 star @ best,annoying rumbles and constant slam and bang,will never return here.

    Excellent hospitality, spotless, silent room. ample garage available. Bierwirt is conveniently located at 3 min walk from the Tram n.3 stop,, which takes you to the hauptbahnhof in 7 minutes and to the city center in 10.

    The hotel is situated in a residential area on the outskirts of Innsbruck, but a bus stop just outside the hotel and a 15 minutes ride into town makes this a convenient hotel for tourists. The room and sanitary facilities were OK, but we missed not having a fridge or a coffee maker/kettle in the room. The breakfast buffet was sufficient, but not very exciting. Dinner, however, was very good: I tried the local black sausage as main course (at the proprietor's recommendation), and his suggestion of a local red wine was on the spot! Nevertheless, I must conclude that the room price was higher than any of the other hotels we stayed at in Austria, and we did not feel we were getting the proper value for our money.

    The hotel owner was not so kind on our first day reps when we checked in He was abrupt and later we understood that was cause he was extremely short staffed and didn’t have anyone to help him esp on Sunday which made our life difficult The rooms were ok but furniture was a lil worn out Our room was quite small but most had rooms that were a decent size His breakfast was the best and had a super spread However if he was more hospitable our experience wud have been btr

    We booked this hotel while traveling from Germany to Italy. We arrived in the evening and we were welcomed by a kind lady at the reception. She offered to escort us to our room. To our surprise the room was located in another building adjacent to the hotel which was not mentioned in the reservation. The room was large and clean but truly basic , more like a 2 star pension. We returned to the main building for dinner. The restaurant was very crowded and they managed to find a place in a 3 table small room. The waiters were rushing and visibly stressed , they were efficient but not particularly friendly. We ordered some typical food from Tyrol, quality was not that impressive. The morning breakfast was adequate. Not a terrible experience, but for a 4 star hotel, paid accordingly, you expect something very different.
