    Excellent location to public transport and explore Innsbruck.The hotel atmosphere was lovely, the staff were helpful and gave great advice on anything we asked.The room was great, it was spacious and had a good layout, the only thing I would mention was that the air conditioning did not seem to work in our room.The Spa facilities which included a indoor pool, sauna and steam room as well as an outdoor hot tub were fantastic and a great way to relax and warm up after a day of exploring.It was great value for money, especially with the breakfast included option and the innsbruck welcome card which we were given on check in that allowed for free public transport in Innsbruck making it easier to explore the area.The room and hotel were very clean.I definitely recommend this hotel.

    Excellent place to stay in Innsbruck. Set right in the heart of old town so everything is close by. Hotel staff were excellent! Front desk staff were very friendly. Shout out to Florian for excellent service and hospitality.The rooms were spotless and very comfortable. Definitely worth a stay while in Innsbruck. Quick side note. If you’re having breakfast at the hotel get downstairs early. We were there 7.30 and by 8.30-9 am it was very busy. Breakfast is well worth the extra money.

    Stayed two nights here and found it to be very close to all that we wanted to see and do. Steps away from the palace, garden, museums, old town, and transportation to reach “the top of Innsbruck” Nordkette. However, this is a very busy area and the hotel is connected to a university and surrounded by churches so if you don’t favor the sound of church bells and late night live music this location may not be for you.

    One of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, everything is excellent here: the breakfast unbelievable and so fresh and tasty with a massive selection, comfortable beds and great rooms, very quiet and perfect location. Pool and Jacuzzi on the roof was superb, plus they left a bottle of pink bubbly in the room for my partner as it was his birthday, very friendly and caring staff, we can't wait to be back!
