    Overall, the Hotel Das Innsbruck is a lovely, well-appointed hotel in the perfect location. The buffet breakfast is fantastic and the lounge area is perfect for an evening cocktail. The staff were all warm, polite and professional. Only 4 stars because the room we booked and paid for, the Double Room Deluxe Chalet-Tyrol, does not seem to be the room we received. Our room was very small and cramped (even for 2 people), and did not have a separate living area with sofa, as indicated in the photos for this room class.     Lovely hotel really friendly welcome on arrival and super helpful. Great breakfast and super central location. Shifted from Hilton (where I am a HH member) as was tempted by the more central location. Lovely spa / pool facilities too, everything super clean and immaculately kept. Only a short stay (2 nights) but would definitely go back, lovely hotel / location. We were super lucky with the weather and managed a trip on the Hungerburg fernicular railway and Alpine Zoo, recommend both.     On a ski and sightseeing trip with brothers and husband around Austria. The front desk has a business-hotel feeling, but after exploration the hotel is a homey, spa hotel. Staff are extremely helpful. The location in the Altstadt makes sightseeing very convenient and festive. The restaurant in the hotel, also named "Das Innsbruck" is very good and should definitely be on a visitor's agenda.
