    I had an excellent stay at this hotel with very good quality sleep I was allocated with a big size room, with bath and a balcony with gorgeous views to the mountain. The breakfast could be better if automatic coffee machines are made available in the breakfast saloon and local cuisine cakes are also served.

    After visiting Liechtenstein, and the Neuschwanstein Castle, we arrived at the Hotel Edelweiss for our overnight stay.We arrived later than expected our check in was clumsy (we were part of a group of 40+). Once checked in, long wait for the elevator to go up to our room.Our room was dated, not very clean, and there was a bulkhead above the bed, certainly didn't work for us, my husband is 6ft tall and he didn't fit! No air-conditioning so the room was very warm. Even after opening all the windows, not much improvement. We had to ask reception for a fan to make sleeping bearable.Bathroom very dated, strange shower, and a hairdryer that is a serious fire risk.We were offered a buffet dinner, the options were very limited to pasta, schnitzel, chips, burger or dry chicken. We were not impressed, and we were not the only ones. Several members of our group had very similar experiences with dirty and in some cases, smelly rooms.Would not recommend staying here.

    Horrible experience!Misleading pictures in which you can only see the fact that the room are old, NOT very poorly maintained. Booked a room which, according to the description, was supposed to have a balcony, when we arrived, turned out it did not. Aside for the fact that in reality the initial room looked very poorly, the second one we were offered in exchange was worse.I've included some pictures, to sum it up: -the paint was chipping off the wall at the sitting area;-the carpet was worn down and torn in an area;-some of the furniture was very worn down;-room was not cleaned properly;-we had to immediately open the windows to clear out the bad smell in the room – seemed like cigar smoke;

    I found this hotel to be more than acceptable as a 3 star. The room was well furnished and was kept very clean. The hotel facilities were good and the staff were friendly. My only complaint would be that some of the evening meals were a bit bland. The all inclusive deal was excellent value. Ski bus stop a couple of minutes walk away.Very much enjoyed my stay with them and would definitely consider them again.
