This hotel is located right by the city park. Numerous attractions such as Maria-Theresienstrasse, the Museumsstrasse, the historical old town and a number of museums can be reached comfortably on foot. The main train station is approximately 1 km away.

Facility

The complex was built in 1901. The complex has 55 rooms, including 11 single rooms and 41 double rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. Complimentary newspapers are available. A business centre with fax machine and projector is available.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed or a queen-size bed. Extra beds can be requested.     I liked the hotel overall but the restaurant closes at 9pm and there are not many options nearby to get dinner after 9pm. Usually kitchens only close by 9.30 or 10. Also the entrance to the parking was too narrow which made it difficult to get in and out. We had to rather leave the car at the hotel and could not use it during our stay.     Location is excellent, next to Tram stops 2 to Sillpark and 5 to hbf and close to Innsbruck stadium for Ice Hockey, all within walking distance.     This review is for the apartment stay at this hotel. Located behind the hotel, the one-bedroom apartment + sofa bed is modern with a large balcony with seating. There was a work desk which was helpful. The kitchen was well stocked -- however, it had no microwave (strange), nor a dishwasher. No housekeeping service provided during the stay either.Also, the pillows are literally the worst quality I have ever slept on.
